Person an der Frühstück hat genau um 09:59 gesagt kein Café mehr. Sehr unfreundlich. Der Rest war super ! Lage ist top.

It's a little bit far from civilisation but I guess its not really what we didn't like because thats what we needed.

Tik geriausi atsiliepimai.
Puikus viežbutis, labai tvarkinga ir graži aplinka.
Baseinai labai švarūs ir prižiūrėti.
Pusryčiai labai geri, išsirinks net išrankiausi.
Arti centras ir white beach, tad visur galėsit nueiti pėsčiomis.
Pervežimo paslauga taip pat už gerą kainą 45eur i abi puses dviem. Puikus servisas.

Hotel staff is amazing. I haven’t seen so much kindess in a while. As a location, 10 minutes walk to D’mall but they have a free shuttle as well. For me, the area was perfect because it was very quite, a nice beach area next to the hotel from where you can see the sunrise. The beach next to it is not great for swimming, but considering it’s 10 minutes walk from white beach, that’s no a problem. Pool is amazing, water temperature is perfect and it’s nice that it is opened in the evening as well, unil 10pm I think. So much variety for breakfast and cooked food. I was the best decision booking this resort for our stay in Boracay!

Pros:

Everything was excellent. The service, the rooms, the gym, breakfast buffet etc. All the staff were so friendly. It was unbelievable value for money and really good location too!

Exzellenter Aufenthalt – Eine Oase der Ruhe am Bolabog Beach.
Pros:

Wir hatten als Familie (mit zwei Teenagern, 14 und 17 Jahre) einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Aqua Boracay. Wer die perfekte Mischung aus modernem Luxus und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
Was uns besonders gefallen hat:
Lage & Design: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bolabog Beach. Die Architektur ist erstklassig, sehr modern und stilvoll. Besonders die Poolanlage mit den bequemen Liegen ist ein Highlight und lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Service & Personal: Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt organisiert. Der Flughafen-Shuttle des Hotels ist absolut empfehlenswert und stressfrei. Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Kulinarik: Das Frühstück ist gut und absolut ausreichend. Die Speisen im Hotelrestaurant sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Die Preise sind zwar etwas höher als außerhalb der Anlage, aber die Qualität rechtfertigt dies.
Aktivitäten & Fitness: Für Kitesurfer ist das Hotel eine absolute Top-Adresse aufgrund der direkten Strandlage. Das Fitnessstudio ist gepflegt, gut in Schuss und für ein Urlaubstraining völlig ausreichend.
Erreichbarkeit: Obwohl das Hotel eine wunderbare Ruhe ausstrahlt, ist man in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß am White Beach. Die D’Mall erreicht man ebenfalls in 5 Minuten Fußweg oder bequem mit den Elektro-Rikschas, die überall auf der Insel zu fairen Preisen fahren.
Fazit: Wer Ruhe liebt und dennoch die Nähe zum Trubel sucht, wird dieses Hotel lieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Allgemein zu viel Müll auf der Insel. Hier müssten die Verantwortlichen aus Regierung und Tourismus wirklich mal Maßnahmen ergreifen, um das Bild der Philippinen und seiner eigentlich traumhaften Insel in ein besseres Licht zu stellen.

I have been requesting additional refund with booking.com and still not communication

Worst hotel we have stayed in our trip. 2-3star at best.
Dangerous pool with loose tiles
Terrible food
Dirtiest beach you can not swim at.
No hot water in rooms for days

Managers offered a refunded . We then moved out on Xmas day and did not get the refund we were promised.
