Shelter Stay Da Nang

清潔でおしゃれなお部屋で、ビーチからも近く、と手も快適でした。スタッフの方のホスピタリティも素晴らしく、またぜひ戻ってきたい宿でした！

Comfortable room and bed. Everything was clean. Close to the beach. There is an unusual design whereby the bathroom sink is exposed to the main stairway, which is not great for privacy, but this is a minor inconvenience. Furthermore, there seemed to be a delay in hot water in the shower, but after a few minutes the hot water would come.

I phoned the lobby but no one was there, mind you there was no one at the lobby when I was checking in and it was very confusing and shabby.. I went down to the lobby and had to call 3 different numbers through my international roaming (I only had a data-only sim). Someone finally picked up, I said the AC is broken. They said there is no other room to switch to tonight. I checked all the key cabinets (you can literally get your own key to check in from these cabinets and ANYONE can open these, making this place very unsafe) and there were at least 5 keys in the cabinets. I had to wait like 20 minutes in the lobby and someone finally came, he gave me a toothpick and told me to reset the AC remote and made it like it's not a big deal. I went back to the room and the AC worked for 30 minutes and stopped working again. So I texted him if I have to reset it every 30 minutes and he said YES. So throughout the night, I have to wake up and reset the AC? I had to leave to a different hotel immediately. It was such a pain because it was almost 2AM at this point. Most terrible experience I've had at a hotel in my life.

This stay was one of the good stays I have stayed. The location of the stay is quiet good. It is closer to the beach (Walking distance) in DaNang. The streets outside the stay are also very lively. The staff was very nice. We also booked a cab for 6 people to go around da nang for the day via them. The Cab was also nice and comfortable and our driver was also very friendly and accommodating. The view from the top room was also nice.

The rooms were also very nicee. The overall concept of the stay with all the plants and trees made the stays even more pleasent. I would definitely recommend staying here during your visit to Da Nang.

I had a top floor apartment with sea view. The room was beautifully designed. Great location. Friendly staff.

We really love the architecture and interior design of this amazing hotel. Room is super clean complete with kitchen and dinnerware. The staff is very helpful with resto and food recommendation, help us book grab car as well. Highly recommend this hotel ❤️❤️

Please do believe. This hotel lits. I have been Danang more than 6 time since 2018. And using 10 diffrent type of Hotels and stay. This is runatic valued Stay.

This hotels calm, extraordinary cleanses, affordable price. And located near good valued restaurant and convenience stores. Just awsome.

For the smokers. It is bad that having strict non smoking policy.

User friendly employees always take care of you.
