Cons:

Грязно, пахнет больницей. Постельное в пятнах грязных. В сан узле нет ни бумаги , ни полотенец ни тапочек. Кондей на минималке тарахтит так, что невозможно спать. Худший отель, что я видел в своей жизни

Terrible
Cons:

There were too many blind spots for the wifi in the property. The bed itching during my stay. There were no comforter blankets instead then sheets were provided.

Pros:

Location is good. Central enough to access malls and museums within the city centre with the use of grab.
Staff member Jefferson made us feel welcome and accommodated the needs of my wife, 2yo baby and 70yo mother.

Cons:

The rooms had no hot water. Maintenance wasn't able to relsove the issue.
Breakfast had only two simple options for the first day but uppon complaining, management gave us more options. For the next 4 days.
