Giá hợp lý cho căn villa 3 ngủ, thoải mái rộng rãi sạch sẽ. Buffet sáng ngon, trà chiều teabreak bánh ngon. Hồ bơi vừa đủ. Các tiện ích khác như mượn xe đạp thoải mái
Hơi xa xôi hẻo lánh. Tại đường đi đến đó ko có đèn đường
The staff was very kind and always ready to help. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel wasn't very busy. The restaurant food was pretty good (Vietnamese food was much better than the Western food). Definitely a peaceful stay.
The location is a 30-40 minute drive from most attractions and the town nearby doesn't have very good restaurants so that was the biggest inconvenience for us. Breakfast was fairly basic and could be improved for the price of the rooms, but we still enjoyed it.
The staff were absolutely adorable and very helpful. The room was big, really comfortable, the bathroom had great amenities and the beds were soft. The breakfast had so many options from local pho, fruits and vegetables to bread, jam and eggs. The pool was nice and so close to the room. Bikes were also available for free, making the Bai Dinh pagoda just a quick 10 minutes bike ride away.

Attention massage vietnamien un peu énergique.
Un petit soucis de plomberie, robinet de douche dans notre chambre mais rien de bien grave.
Bon les WC à la Vietnam toujours un peu déstabilisant puisque quasiment ouvert sur la chambre.
Nous ne sommes pas habitué en Occident.

We liked the family villa located around the swimming pool and facing the river on the other side. the nicely sized bed and bedrooms were also nice and very clean.
We didn't feel welcome at all by the staff. The service was very cold and we felt like with every question we had we were annoying them.
We ordered dinner at 8.30pm as we knew the restaurant closed at 10pm, but we didn't expect them turn off the lights on us while we were finishing our dinner. We had to ask for them to turn the lights back on. We also were waiting for them to remove the dirty dishes and plates from our table, we did ask for it and they replied they would do it after.
At 10pm we asked to order another drink, but they told us the kitchen was closed. We had to insist to get a few beers from the fridge.we got asked to leave the pool area at midnight in a very rude way even tho the hotel was almost empty and we were quiet.
Finally, we ordered a taxi to go to Hanoi with reception.
We asked on WhatsApp and on booking.com if they could move the pick up time by an hour (2h in advance) but they didn't even contact the taxi driver who ended up waiting for us for an hour as he didn't get the right information.
The breakfast was also very disappointing and tasteless.
One of the shower room didn't have soap or shampoo as well.
Overall it felt very overpriced for the kind of service we received and it felt uncomfortable and we didn't feel welcome which is a shame as so far we had very nice and welcoming stays in all kind of accomodations
Khu nghỉ có diện tích không lớn nhưng đáp ứng tốt nhu cầu về không gian nghỉ ngơi của chúng tôi. Các phòng ở được sắp xếp tương đối hợp lý, lấy hồ bơi làm trung tâm. Phòng mà chúng tôi ở có view đẹp ở cả mặt trước và mặt sau, không gian phòng nghỉ thiết kế hài hòa và hợp lý. Phòng sạch sẽ và được chăm sóc từng chi tiết. Gia đình tôi có người lớn tuổi và cả trẻ nhỏ nhưng mọi người đều có giấc ngủ ngon nhờ không gian yên tĩnh, phòng ở thoáng đãng và chất lượng giường đệm ga gối tốt. Nhân viên phục vụ biết tiết chế, họ niềm nở và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhưng không mang lại cảm giác săn đón hay cố gây ấn tượng. Với chúng tôi, điều này khiến cho thời gian nghỉ ngơi ở đây thêm thoải mái vì sự riêng tư được tôn trọng. Nếu có cơ hội, chúng tôi sẽ quay lại.
Món cà phê có thể cải thiện hơn, chúng tôi đã dùng cả cà phê trong buffet sáng lẫn order riêng từ thực đơn đồ uống bên ngoài nhưng đều cảm thấy chưa thực sự ưng ý. Dĩ nhiên, cà phê cũng tùy thuộc khẩu vị của mỗi người, vì vậy đây chỉ là nhận xét mang tính chủ quan của riêng chúng tôi.
Không có ấn tượng gì
- Khuôn viên nhỏ, bể bơi cũng nhỏ. Gia đình mình đi trúng 1 công ty tổ chức team building nên họ khá đông và ồn ào, giờ chiều không thể tắm được vì bể bơi nhỏ và không gian đã bị chiếm giữ hết. Chưa kể các bạn ấy mở nhạc cá nhân sập sình cũng rất ồn ào.
- Nhân viên ở đây thái độ hời hợt không nhiệt tình. Khách hỏi dịch vụ hoặc tư vấn địa chỉ quán ăn thì kiểu như không muốn nói chuyện, trả lời không biết.
Hoặc khi khách tới resort thì không chủ động chạy ra xe giúp khách mang đồ vào phòng, cứ kệ khách khệ nệ vậy thôi.
Gia đình mình thuê family villa là hạng phòng giá đắt nhất ở resort này, giá cũng k rẻ mà thái độ nhân viên mình khá thất vọng.
- Đồ ăn sáng chưa ngon, nhất là bánh mì, dù có đi qua lò nướng rồi mà không hiểu sao bánh vẫn mềm oặt 😂
Còn nhiều lắm nhưng nói chung tổng kết là trải nghiệm lần này mình khá là thất vọng.
À vị trí thì chỉ hợp với những ai đi Bái Đính còn nếu đi phố cổ Hoa Lư thì sẽ khá là xa cỡ 18km nha. Mọi người cân nhắc
The place is very calm and immersed in nature. Also, the staff is very kind and accommodating. The facilities are very nicely decorated.
Breakfast could benefit from some improvements. Lots of processed food and unhealthy options. I requested some vegan options and the only thing I could have were some watermelons slices and bread and marmalade.

De kamer was fantastisch, schoon en had een fijne badkamer. De eigenaar en het personeell waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het boeken van tours en het huren van een scooter of auto is bij de receptie allemaal erg goed mogelijk. Het ontbIjt buffet was erg lekker en vol keuze en ook het restaurant voor lunch en dinner was erg goed. Al met al een echte aanrader!
Schönes Zimmer & nette Angestellte
Die angebotenen Massagen waren völlig überteuert und die Räumlichkeiten dafür überhaupt nicht geeignet.
Sie war sehr nah an den Sehenswürdigkeiten
Das Resort war so gut wie leer. Es kam einem vor als wäre das Resort kurz vor der Schließung. Spinnenweben, dreck, Cornflakes aus denen Ameisen krabbeln, Dschungel in Asien eben. Das Personal bis auf wenige wirkte sehr passiv in den Tag hinein träumend.
