Pozytywne.
Pros:

Podoba mi się konkretna pomoc obsługi. Zainteresowanie komfortem klienta i chęcią pomocy mu. Na pewno wrócę do tego obiektu. Jestem kolejny raz i na pewno, jeśli będę w Warszawie, to będę korzystał z tego hotelu.

Pros:

Не поселили из-за тупого сотрудника у которого 2026-2007=17 ,сказал несовершеннолетних не заселяем,и выгнали сына на 10 градусный мороз на улицу.Был транзитом с Киева на Бристоль.

Dobra lokalizacja i śniadanie, ale nie wrócimy

Śniadanie, woda z dystrybutora na korytarzu.

Cons:

Zapach papierosów w pokoju, ktôry się unosił, a pomimo wszystko pokój został oddany do użytku. Plamy na wykładzinie. Przestarzałe wyposażenie. Przypadkowo zasłyszane, głośno wypowiadane komentarze personelu na śniadaniu na temat gości, posądzające nas o to, że paliliśmy w pokoju. Nie czuliśmy się z tym komfortowo słysząc jak pani rozmawia przez telefon na całą salę w czasie śniadania, podając numer pokoju. Pouczające wypowiedzi pana z recepcji. Uczucie, że hotel jest dla personelu, a nie dla gości.
