It was good to leave our bags there
The bathroom was full of ants and smelled like cigarettes. There was no oxygen in the room and the AC was not working. They had no soap in the bathroom either. When we checked out they wanted to charge us more money cause they “mixed up” the room numbers. The room does not look like on the pictures

Bad location, staff didn’t speak any English so was hard to communicate with them, the towels were too small, beds were like a rock

There is nothing good about it please do not stay here
The beds and rooms advertised are not the rooms you get (see picture) there was a massive cockroach in the room and another bug thing just running about, the room was dirty. The beds were rock solid and felt like sleeping on the floor. They say a 24hr reception, apart from checking in I never saw someone behind the reception desk and they don’t speak a word of English. The location is just in a random town so if you are a traveller coming to Ninh binh please book a hotel in tam coc that is where everything is otherwise you will need to get a grab everyday. DO NOT STAY HERE

Location wasn’t great, no restaurants or shops really within walking distance. About 10 minute drive to the main area with bars and restaurants.

I didn't remember this hotel has only one reservation option, no payment yet.
There is no receptionist, only security guy all the time. So no one asked for payment first and I didn't remember I just reserved room only. So it makes confusion when we check out.
