Ogromny zawód i mało przyjemny pobyt

Spokojna okolica, platan przy budynku restauracji / recepcji, dużo miejsc parkingowych... I to w zasadzie tyle...

Cons:

Hotel wymaga porządnego odświeżenia. To moja czwarta albo piąta wizyta w tym obiekcie na przestrzeni kilkunastu lat i za każdym razem jest gorzej. Pokoje wołają o remont (zacieki na ścianach, przybrudzone ściany, meble ze śladami zalania), podobnie "obszary wspólne" (korytarze, klatki schodowe itp.), w otoczeniu też przydałyby się prace ogrodnicze i porządkowe. Rozumiem, że hotel chwali się nagrodą typu "Orły hotelarstwa" z bodajże 2024 r. - pewnie wiosną i latem wychodzą tam fajne sesje weselne (staw, starodrzew, "pałacowe" budynki), niestety podczas kilkudniowego pobytu nie było widać żadnych rewelacji. Pokoje (mieliśmy dwa) sprawiały wrażenie przeznaczonych dla pijanych gości weselnych, którym wszystko jedno. Brak biurka, żeby popracować, niewiele miejsca, żeby odpocząć. Podczas trzydniowego pobytu pokój nie był ani razu sprzątany. Pościel z tych najtańszych - niezbyt komfortowa, by poczuć się przyjemnie kładąc się do łóżka. Pomijam, że kilka razy w tygodniu do ok. 21:00 słychać łupanie z aqua-aerobiku z położonego pod pokojami basenu. Mnie to nie przeszkadzało, współpracownikowi w pokoju obok już tak. Śniadanie co najwyżej poprawne, na kilkudniowy pobyt zbyt monotonne i ubogie. Momentami ledwo starczało miejsc dla gości podczas śniadań. Załoga sprawiała wrażenie zdającej sobie sprawę z tego, że interes podupada i mało się angażowała w poprawę komfortu pobytu. Niestety nie wrócę już do Szafirowego Dworu, choć jest dogodnie położony względem strefy przemysłowej w zachodniej części Gliwic. Ogromny zawód, bo cena nie była z tych najniższych.

Haben uns als Gast willkommen und wohlgefühlt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, Personal ist sehr freundlich, wir haben am Abend mehrmals im Restaurant gegessen und an der Bar etwas getrunken, sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist etwas abseits was dazu führt, dass es sehr ruhig ist. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Matratze könnte besser sein, für uns war diese zu weich. Es gibt nur eine große Decke für zwei Personen, das ist heutzutage eher altmodisch und kein Standard. Die Einrichtung in der Suite bedarf noch etwas Neugestaltung.
