Pros:

Gute Lage und wir durften sehr früh einchecken, dafür waren wir sehr dankbar, da wir mit den Nachtbus gekommen sind. Schnelles und unkompliziertes Ausleihen eines Mopeds.

Cons:

Unter der Badewanne kam immer Wasser raus.
In unserem Zimmer war eine Kakerlake und als ich die Person an der Rezeption am Abend darauf ansprach und um Hilfe bat, wurde ich nicht ernst genommen und mir wurde nicht geholfen. Wäre nicht eine nette junge Frau zufälligerweise da gewesen und hätte die Kakerlake aus dem Zimmer entfernt, dann hätte uns keiner geholfen.

The best hospitality
Pros:

Amazing staff, very welcoming, even when they don’t speak a lot of English, they are so patient with us using our translation apps.

Cons:

Having to pay for our stay entirely in cash, but seems to be a common thing in ninh binh

I had a great time here at Viet Phuong Hotel
Pros:

The room is clean and look just like in the pictures. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, they even let us checkin early. I was so pleased with my stay here

Pros:

After long trip, staff let us check in at 09:00 morning time. that was so helpful. Staff really friendly and willing to help! Location in good place

Cons:

check the room before you book. as we got without window… Shower drain was blocked, water was going super slow, in couple of minutes all bathroom was wet. Walls need soundproof you can hear everything from everywhere…
