Miły personel, pięknie urządzony, stylowy i przestronny pokój. Czystość w pokoju i łazience. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Ogólnie hotel warty odwiedzenia.

W hotelu było chyba wesele albo inna impreza i szkoda, że goście z imprezy są umieszczani obok ludzi co przyjechali sobie odpocząć i raczej sobie nie odpoczęli, bo hałasujący ludzie za ścianą i na korytarzu raczej nie zwracali uwagi, że ktoś obok w pokoju może akurat chciałby sobie odpocząć na urlopie, ale tak było w jedną noc na drugą już nie było imprezy i było bardzo przyjemnie i ogólnie hotel warty odwiedzenia.

Nienajlepsza wizytówka pięknego miasta Zamościa

Stylowy wystrój apartamentów i korytarzy.

Cons:

Wybieramy apartament waniliowy z sypialnią i pokojem dziennym, aby cieszyć się z rodzinnego wydarzenia. Okazuje się, że przy upałach na zewnątrz 34-36 stopni, w apartamencie 28 stopni, klimatyzacja nie działa. Obsługa wie o tym, ale w nieuprzejmy sposób stwierdza, że nic z tym nie mogą zrobić, musimy wytrzymać, bo klimatyzacja nie działa od dłuższego czasu. Po wymianie zdań personel przygotowuje apartament obok, ale już nie dwupokojowy a jedno i z jedną sofą dla synów pomimo, iż były opłacone dwie - nie otrzymałem za to zwrotu pieniędzy. I tak komfort i prywatność zostaje zabrana. Minibar okazuje się niepodłączoną, pustą lodówką, temperaturę chłodzenia osiąga dopiero przed wyjazdem. W łazience kurz na obrzeżach wanny i kilka włosów na blacie przy zlewie - to, że jest czarny nie znaczy, że nie warto go przecierać. Pomimo reklamacji złożonej mail’owo hotel nigdy na nią nie odpowiedział, po kontakcie telefonicznym Pani stwierdziła, że przekaże temat do odpowiedniej osoby - minęły dwa miesiące i nikt się nie zajął sprawą.
Przy takim podejściu do klienta cała reszta jak stylowy wystrój, dobre śniadanie i kilka innych aspektów tracą na znaczeniu pozostawiając niezadowolenie z pobytu i wrażenie, że zapłaciło się za coś czego się nie otrzymało.

Had to get help to get the TV and AC to work, they have weird things going on, took forever to get something done ...had to go downstairs multiple times to ask
She wanted to put me in a room with no elevator seeing my big suitcase, said the technician will bring it in 2-3 hours...the room stinks , hasn't been aired out in years, and the cold water in the shower doesn't work, guess its broken so i couldn't shower because i don't take scorching hot shower

Terrible all around.

Completely out of the way, you need to wait for them to get you a taxi, uber doesn't work in this town
