Quiet, clean, cozy, VERY CLOSE to Europarque, comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel fit my expectations 99%! I went to Comic Con at Europarque, and the walk from the hotel to Europarque takes 2 minutes! The hotel is clean, cozy, and comfortable. If Comic Con 2028 is planned to be held at Europarque again, please reserve my room!

Cons:

1) Sometimes there is a dog in the reception.
2) Not really a problem, but there is no restaurant. Nonetheless, there is a good bar where you can have snacks and sandwiches.
3) I had an issue with the water in the shower, but honestly, the problem disappeared by itself, and I did not make the staff aware of that. Even with the shower closed, water starts pouring out. It happened twice, on two different days. It seems to be an issue with water pressure, which I concluded.

Pros:

Algo limitado paralo que estoy acostumbrado, aunque no faltaba de nada, sería bueno tener alfo mas caliente o que ofrecieran algo de cocina hecho sobre la marcha, tipo tortilla francesa huevos fritos o similar.

Cons:

Pocos asientos en la piscina, estaba colapsada de gente, y tuvimos que irnos. Tienen un problema con el agua fría y caliente, deberían mirarlo

Cons:

Dificuldade em alterar a reserva (queria mudar de quarto individual para duplo e não foi fácil. Quando finalmente acederam ao meu pedido a minha companhia já tinha outro hotel. Acabei por ficar sozinha em quarto individual que dava perfeitamente para 2 por dificuldade de comunicação com o alojamento).
