Pros:

Localização, simpatia do pessoal e limpeza.

Cons:

A janela do apartamento nr. 2 estava avariada, o que provocou muita entrada de ruído do exterior.

Très bon accueil , service et attention du personnel eet bonne localisation
Pros:

Tout d’abord l’accueil et l’attention permanente du personnel . Ayant choisi au départ un « appartement », mais celui-ci donnant sur la rue très bruyante ( pavés) , le personnel m’a proposé une chambre sur le côté plus au calme.
Ensuite la localisation centrale de l’hôtel qui permet de tout faire à pied. Enfin la propreté des chambres et des salons/hall d’entrée.

Pros:

Nice breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is lovely and the location was great. Also the Dona Amelia we received the first day was such a lovely detail! Would definitely recommend.
