Gorgeous, clean property with an outstanding staff. A few inconveniences with easy fixes for sure.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond in efforts to be helpful. In particular, I'd like to compliment Marianna, who was already on her way home when we realized we couldn't get the air conditioning control to work properly. She actually turned around from her way home to try to help us. Alexandra, Diogo and Jose were also wonderful. Each of them were very upbeat and considerate and always had a smile. The rooms were very clean and large. The view is outstanding and the grounds were immaculate. The wall of windows was stunning. The white chocolate cookies were heaven. Beautiful property, I would recommend highly.

Cons:

Breakfast was fine, but the eggs and pancakes were always cold, The chef wasn't present during our time there and so the menu was limited and not consistent with the menu you have posted online. We had trouble with the air conditioning controls and the staff didn't know how they worked either. Alexandra finally found an answer for us on the second day. Perhaps an instruction manual in the room would have been helpful. The hotels we had in Lisbon and Fatima had a safe in the room but your villas did not.
