De tudo. Quarto sem conforto, tudo muito antigo, AC barulhento, paredes com humidade, tudo muito velho e com aspecto pouco limpo.

Muito bem localizado, com estacionamento à porta, com uma relação preço/qualidade bastante boa, e acima de tudo bastante limpo.
Funcionários bastante simpáticos e disponiveis.

Cons:

É notório algum desgaste do mobiliário instalado nos quartos, carecenddo já de alguma reparação ou substituição, e existem algumas marcas de uso que embora não comprometam, mas estéticamente poderiam tornar mais apeativo.
