Very clean & comfortable stay. Spacious sized rooms and presented like the advertising photos. Good range of breakfast selection however most items were the same on both mornings we were there.

Cons:

Seeing staff pick their noses particularly those on the restaurant areas. Travelling in Vietnam I can see that pricking noses seem to be a common accepted thing however I would expect more better standard from this hotel. Note the staff were all very helpful and friendly.
It would be helpful to have an iron and iron board available for guest use.

Pros:

We had a great stay at Phu Cuong Hotel overall. The service was excellent and the location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Love, love the staff!
However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The bathroom needs more attention, especially with bleaching and deep cleaning. The sink was quite dirty, and the corners of the shower also needed better cleaning.
We were also a bit disappointed that there was no coffee provided in the room. When we requested coffee, we were only given one sachet, which had to be shared between two people.
Despite these small issues, the hotel offers extremely good service and is in a great location. With a little more attention to cleanliness and room amenities, it would be an even better experience
