Cosy hotel within walking distance to a market and Bến xe Miền Tây
Pros:

Lovely, helpful owner who let us use her kitchen and opened the front door for us when we were coming and going at strange times during the night. We stayed 2 more nights in a room with a balcony which was a good choice, as it is equipped with a fridge. Communication is easy with the help of a translation app.

The location was ok. The bathroom was ok.

Cons:

Smelled like cigarettes. Stairs to the 4th floor (not suitable for some ppl). Bed not comfortable. Room not clean.
