Cons:

There were 3 cockroaches in the bathroom. Two on my first night (staff came and took care of them) and one in the morning. Not sure where they from but room number 104 should be checked.

Elevator is fast
Have restaurants at G/F for hunger people.
1 min walk to a Dim Sum restaurants but need to aware their opening time.

Not far, there has a small shop which can help you repair your luggages and shoes.
