Pros:

Price is good, room are big and clean, family operated hotel, there is karaoke, big department and groceries store about 250m cross the road. Girl at front desk is very helpful

Cons:

The sewers oder from bathroom due to how they plumb the pipeline, when in Rainey day the smell is unbearable. shower gel container broken, no heat option only a.c. and fan so you better have someone to hug at night. Location is not walkable to restaurant or town, you would need a vehicle or taxi to get around. Taxi to lao cai train station is about $60.000vnd. morning check out time is 9:30 or pay for another day rate$180000. Oh yes the map showing on the booking.com is off by about 250m
