Pros:

Nice quiet hotel, comfy beds and really helpful staff. The room is well decorated, and it had everything we needed. The area is secluded so it was very peaceful. It is still in Hat Yai center so it was easy our Koh Lipe transfer bus to pick us up.

Cons:

The lack of good fresh coffee at the hotel and around the area will be a problem. They need a coffee machine or at least a fresh brew coffee for the guests.

Pros:

Alhamdulillah... This PS Hotel is very clean and tidy. The room and toilet are large and comfortable for 2-4 guests to stay.
The hotel staff are friendly to customers, easy to talk to, fluent in Malay and easy to ask for help.
Comfortable and safe parking, a fairly spacious lobby and a fairly classic hotel deco reminiscent of the old days.
InsyAllah next trip my family and I will stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

If possible, have a water filter on every level of the hotel with an iron board as well, as it makes it easier for guests to get water and iron their clothes.

Cons:

If possible, the water filter and iron should be on every level of the hotel. Not in the hotel lobby. That's my suggestion.

Nice for a day stay
Pros:

Overall decent one night stay. Big bed and nice room. Comfy bed. Plenty of parking provided.
Nearby to Lee Garden and ASEAN Night Market, 5mins drive or 20mins walk. Easy to get Grab.

Cons:

Cleanliness can be improved. Towel rack a little rusted. No handwash soap provided. Only 2 pillows provided. Shower water not so hot.

Great place to stay for the price in a decent location
Pros:

Very comfortable room with a decent shower. Lots of food places close by and easy to get to the bus station.

Cons:

The balcony door was hard to open and shut.

Not enough parking space at the hotel. Though they have Ample parking on the road side. One of the girl that checked us in was unfriendly. She made it seem like I was a hassle for her. I was nothing but nice to her. But she was all smiles when she was talking to a man before me.

A great place for an overnight visit to Hat Yai.
Pros:

A lovely place to stay - very clean and a great shower. We were in Hat Yai about three weeks after the flooding and it almost felt wrong staying somewhere so nice when people were still dealing with the aftermath of all the rain.

Cons:

The walls weren’t very thick. Unfortunately our neighbours were up and talking loudly literally all night, which was annoying.
