The location is perfect, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the ferry across the river to Cat Tien National Park. The room was very comfortable. The family that runs the place is extremely friendly and helpful and quick to communicate anytime that I had questions. The food in the restaurant is delicious! I recommend the barbecue pork noodles, everything we ate there is really good but that was my favorite.
Also their cute, sweet little dog is the best and we love her!
Surroundings - just trash trash trash.
Room is a trash itself, trash bedline, pillows etc.
All is with spider nets and enormous dirt.
Even no trash beens in the room.
People - not polite, not accomodating, just loud noisy sensless.
No comfort at all - no hot water, no preassure for water, no rest as loud music all around.
Breakfast - disgusting, it is not a food
Minh duc in reception was friendly, warm and welcoming with lots of knowledge on the area and took me on a night safari.

Not like the pictures online. Dirty room with only a mattress protector on one of the beds and only pillow protectors no pillow cases. The whole place needs a good clean!
Nice bungalows not far from the ferry to the Cat Tien park.
There was no hot water. The location organized a loud party just outside our bungalow with karaoke in the evening. It didn’t last late, but was still unexpected.
Simple accomodation with every basic that you need and all was clean. The guy at the reception was super super helpfull, he's great! The location is very near to the entrance of the park so you can be at the park early, there's a nice restaurant serving Vietnamese food and the lodge offers some tours and transportation, which is a great bonus.

Had a lovely stay at the eco lodge. Rooms are basic and good enough, but the very friendly family makes all the difference, cooking lovely food, helping with arranging tours, travel, getting around in very reliable and friendly way. The national park entrance is also in walking distance. Really enjoyed!

bungalow room is not clean, dont have free water bottles and hot bath water not hot(it depend on Sun energy panel), you can find some other place better than this at this price.
This place is slightly off the beaten path. It is so worth it. It is surrounded by a beautiful landscape and it so quiet at night. The owners were kind and the food was wonderful.

The staff were incredibly helpful, arranging transportation and making us feel like part of the family. I would recommended anyone looking for somewhere in the area to chose this place
I like the cost terrace of my bungalow when I could get it. Also like the happiness of the staff.
I booked a bungalow for 3 nights but I got it only for 2 nights. Because the first night, the hotel made overbooking. So I had to stay in a very rudimentary room for the first night. It’s an unpleasant experience. I asked to the staff a price reduction but they don’t understand any English and in the end on the bill they didn’t make any little reduction.
This hotel gives good value for money, but don't expect much luxury. The bathroom is very basic and apart from the room and the common dining area the hotel has no other facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful but doesn't speak any English. So make sure to have Google Translate on your phone. The hotel offers decent wifi (the website says it doesn't) and it's a good starting point to visit the Cat Tien National Park. The rooms have a good bed with a mosquito net and the airconditioning is sufficient for the room. The food was rather simple but really tasty and cheap and there is enough choice from the menu.
The quality of the toilet paper. Bring your own roll ;-)
