The women works at the lobby she was nice.

Cons:

Need more clean the bacteria more in bathroom and some furniture.

Our stay was great.
Pros:

Room was clean, aircon was cold and near Sa Pa station and restaurant. We love the 24 restaurant near the hotel also. Room rates are affordable

No breakfast offer.

Zero Hygiene. Absolute dirtiness. The room hasn’t been cleaned for ages perhaps. The bed’s springs stick out the frame!
