Buona posizione e staff gentile.

Pros:

L emplacement à 50 metres du lac ,et au pied du centre de la vielle ville.
La terrasse sur le toit avec une superbe vue sur le lac

Cons:

Chambre petite et le bruit sur le palier ou le voisin laisse la porte de sa chambre ouverte et les enfant qui joue dans le couloir

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the location is fantastic. The staff and the hotel manager do everything they can to satisfy the customer. They helped us with choosing accommodations and making reservations.Overlooking the sea in the heart of Hanoi Thank you.

Super hôtel et super équipe en face du lac
Pros:

Une super équipe de jeunes. Motiver et capable de communiquer en anglais clairement!
(Vraiment c'est le point fort de l'équipe)
Sinon les chambres sont très sympathiques avec une petite vision sur le lac.
Également l'accès au rooftop 24 sur 24 et vraiment sympathique pour pouvoir regarder le lac d'en haut.

Également merci à vous d'avoir accepté que j'ai que j'ai un collègue qui me rejoint dans la chambre alors que c'était pas prévu.

Cons:

Pas grand-chose

Si je devais dire un truc ça serait les bouteilles d'eau offerte qui sont des pichets d'eau pré remplis (je bois pas de bouteilles que j'ai pas ouvert Moi même).

Convenient and enjoyable
Pros:

Perfect location and helpful staff. Good Wi-Fi and nice terrace and roof terrace.

Cons:

Like most buildings in Hanoi it’s small and thin but we can blame the French colonial laws for that not the team here. In the circumstances they made good use of the space

Pros:

The staff were excellent and helpful explaining places to visit and restaurants. They even booked my pick and bus transfer and then followed up to check I had arrived and all good.

A lovely place for an overnight stay, opposite Hoan Kiem Lake and convenient to walk everywhere.
Pros:

The convenience. It is right across from the lake and the bus stop for tours. Great for walking all around the Old Quarter.
We had a tiny balcony with a partial view of the lake. The rooftop had tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the fabulous view of the lake. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Unbeatable location!
Pros:

The location is the best possible. We didnt mind that there was no window looking outside since the view from the top of the building is amazing and the room was very comfortable. Also we really appreciated the comunication with the receptionist when our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night. The staff was accommodating and made the late check-in process smooth and stress-free.

Cons:

The only thing that bothered us was that, besides the location, we chose this hotel because it offered breakfast. Since we were leaving for trips early in the morning, having breakfast in the hotel was important to us. Unfortunately, we found out upon arrival that they do not offer breakfast anymore or at least during our stay they did not.

Pros:

Super hôtel très bien placé en face du lac.
On est venus deux fois, on avait un bus de nuit à prendre la première fois et l’avion tard le soir la seconde et à chaque fois on a pu se laver dans une douche privée de l’hôtel avant de partir. Le personnel est très accueillant. C’est top !
