Great location and comfortable
Pros:

Superb location for old Town, lake, hop on hop off bus, restaurants and shops. Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed.

Pros:

Staff was so kind and helpful we booked extra days and they helped with everything. The balcony across our room was so cool and had an excellent view of the night market

Cet hotel ne conviendra pas à tout le monde
Pros:

L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé à proximité du lac et le personnel très agréable. Cependant, j'averti les voyageurs au sommeil léger que si vous réservez un vendredi soir que vous etes à proximité direct des concerts organisés autour de l'hôtel et que ça pourrait vous déranger.

Perfect stay, just love Hanoi❣️
Pros:

Verkligen mitt i där det händer med gpngavstånd till allt. Härliga takterasser, mycket bra personal som även lät oss checka in tidigare

Cons:

Inget riktigt fönster på rummet men samtidigt gjorde det att rummet va välisolerat från allt ljud utanför

Great location
Pros:

In the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter with a view from the top balcony that is worth every cent, great place to head out for an explore and return when you need a break. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms could be cleaner but this would not stop us returning.

Pros:

This is the most central hotel you can get. All you have to do is go to level 1 and open the door. you right there in the action. Night market, dining places.

Level 6 has a nice outdoor area to hangout.

Staff is extremely helpful.

Hotel is small but clean and tidy.

Cons:

No breakfast options, but again lot of places nearby to eat.

J’ai profité de l’emplacement et du rooftop ainsi que de l’amabilité du personnel
Pros:

La chambre calme ! Avec vue partielle sur le lac// le rooftop… le matin pour le café et le soir pour un dernier verre et bien sûr l’emplacement

Cons:

Pour fermer la porte de la douche !! Mieux vaut ne pas être trop gros !!!! Pour moi ok!!!
