Pros:

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, rất dễ thương. Khách sạn dễ tìm, chỗ để xe rộng rãi, nhà mình đi xe hơi đến có chỗ đậu xe ở ngoài khách sạn. Phòng rộng rãi, giường êm và nhà tắm khá sạch sẽ.

Cons:

Phòng chưa được hoàn hảo, tường bị bong tróc và có dấu hiệu thấm. Sàn gỗ bị sụp vài chỗ, hơi sợ khi đi qua lại do nhà có người lớn tuổi. Phòng thiếu dụng cụ đi kèm như lược, tăm bông,...

Phòng tôi ở tầng 3 , vì du lịch vào tháng 4 nên khá nóng ko ngủ trưa được vì quá nóng , dù có quạt , còn nóng hơn ngoài trời , sàn bong tróc , cửa ra lan can bị hư hỏng ko khoá được, đã báo lễ tân nhưng tối ko có thợ sửa khoá đành chấp nhận ngủ đêm trong bất an !

Our experience is ok with this hotel and price
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet area, and it's very near to the downtown city (around 3-5 min by motorcycle). The neighborhood of the hotel is quiet and tranquil.

Cons:

During our stay 4 days, the shower water was sometimes hot and sometimes cold, unstable, and which makes us a little crazy. And the room clean need to be improved because we can always find some hair and dust on the ground and corners.

The service quality was excellent
Pros:

The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and beautiful. The hotel owner was very helpful—when I encountered a problem with a fallen tree blocking the road and the taxi couldn’t reach me, the owner kindly drove me to the bus station via a shortcut. The service was outstanding, and if I return, I will definitely book a room here again!

The room is new and very beautiful.
Pros:

Since the hotel is new, everything is clean and well-maintained, and the room is thoroughly cleaned. As someone who is particular about cleanliness, I checked everything carefully, from the towels to the bed linens, and I must say they were all freshly laundered with a light, pleasant scent.

Pros:

Although the hotel is a bit far from the center, it is extremely quiet. The rooms are new and beautifully decorated. The reception staff were very helpful in arranging airport transportation and recommending great places to eat in Da Lat. The quality is excellent for the price.

A good place to stay when visiting Da Lat
Pros:

The hotel offers a great price with modern amenities and no musty smell (which is common in many hotels in Da Lat). The staff are very friendly and provide 24/7 support, even helping me at 1 a.m. The location is not too far from the center, and the hotel also offers bike rentals, which is convenient for getting around.

Pros:

Very decent hotel. Good size room and bed. There are some shady surroundings, but we were comfortable to walk around the hotel. I would say it is a good location overall.

Location, room size and cleanliness
Pros:

Perfect place to stay. Quiet and with a nice view. Spacious and clean rooms. Easy access to the center. There is a very good cafe in front of the hotel. Highly recommend the hotel and cafe. After we left, we forgot some things and the hotel staff sent them to our new place. Thank you very much
