Maintenance was non existent, plaster falling of the walls, big holes in the walls, damp and dirty, had to be asked to move, booked a Balcony and was shown a dark dingy room with a port hole window, then they tried to move us again. After 3 rooms we got the best of the rubbish rooms they had to offer

Bad hotel and Don’t recommend at all.

Nothing is good.

Cons:

The room isn't what I booked, and the staff are super unfriendly. I had some stuff delivered to the hotel with our room number, but no one told us it arrived a day ago. We only got it when we were leaving after we asked. Plus, there's a door in our room ( extra door behind curtain) that's unlocked and can't be locked, so anyone could just walk in from outside. Very noisy and toilets smells so bad we complain but no action and laughs only.
I will ask for refund with booking, room is not match with photo that provided in booking.

Not boutique, backpacker friendly

I must say that the location is superb. It is close to absolutely everything. Its within walking distance to all main landmarks and museums that you should visit in Ho Chi Minh City. By walking distance I mean 10 to 15 min walk, if this is too much for you then you should consider a grab, but to me personally I walked and it was close to every mayor tourist area.

Cons:

The pictures are NOT what you expect. The place doesnt look anything like the pictures. They claim or say to be a "Boutique" hotel, but believe me, its not once you get greeted at the reception, they force you to write a review on TripAdvisor by following a QR code, and not until they see that you did the review, they won't allow you to pay or give you the keys.
I think that they know this is not the expected hotel, because they give you the key and ask you to go and see the room first, if you like it, then you can pay if not you can leave. We accepted because we were too lazy to go and try to look for another hotel to be honest.
The room was OK. Although the cleanliness... is kinda questionable. There was also something weird and its that on the 2nd floor, there seems to be people living there, and only the 3rd floor has 3 rooms to book. I mean everything was kinda sketchy hahaha but at the end if you're just want a place to sleep and great location then this is it. If you expect a boutique hotel, this is definitely NOT the place you would like to stay.

The location is so amazing 😍👌.
When it comes to food to nightout and malls it’s walking distance.
Television is working too
The aircon is working.
Heater is working.
Restroom inside the room is okay.

Cons:

They don’t have spare restroom for the guest. The linens are dirty towels are dirty. And the trash cans is so small 🤣
