Pros:

La Vela Hue consistently exceeds my expectations and remains my top choice in the city. The room quality is outstanding: spotless, fully equipped, and features an incredibly comfortable bed with soft carpeting that feels great underfoot.

The location is perfect, near to AEON Mall with a great view, yet far enough from the city center to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. It effectively eliminates the common issue of noise from local bars, even on higher floors.

A huge thanks to the polite and helpful staff who made me feel so welcome. I’ll definitely be back!

Très bel hotel mais trop éloigné de hué

notre chambre ,il y avait pleins de fenêtre, mais aucune ne s’ouvrait !!!! nous avons fait une nuit et nous sommes repartis le lendemain. IL est très éloigné de hué.

Khách sạn mới nên tiện nghi và hiện đại hơn hầu hết khách sạn 4,5 sao ở Huế mình từng ở, hồ bơi trên nóc to rộng để bơi, có chỗ cho trẻ con chơi, bellman tốt và lịch sự, nhân viên hồ bơi tốt

Không có welcome drink như mấy khách sạn 4,5 sao khác, lễ tân nên welcome hơn chút thay vì ngay đầu nhắc nhở rule phạt tiền các thứ, với giá vé buffet sáng vậy thì nên có thêm món nước thay vì 1 món bún, app booking hoặc bên khách sạn nên để option ăn sáng đầu tiên để chọn cho khỏi nhầm

La gentillesse du personnel, la qualité du restaurant et du petit déjeuner !

Cons:

Nous avons eu un problème de bruit dans la chambre ainsi qu’une lumière qui ne s’éteignait pas et la wifi qui se déconnectait très rapidement et de façon constante. Néanmoins, nous avons pu séjourner dans une autre chambre pour notre dernière nuit.

Insgesamt habe ich einen extrem positiven Eindruck von dem Hotel und würde aufgrund des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses jedes Mal wieder genau in dieses Hotel. Für mich eine klare 10/10.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Eines der wenigen Hotels, die man auf Booking unter einem Sternehotel findet und auch wirklich eines ist. Sonst gibt es auch jegliche Services und es lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Check-In sowie Check-Out und Rezeptionsservice sind sehr professionell, leicht erreichbar und kundenorientiert.

Das Hotel ist etwas weiter weg von der Innenstadt, aber Hue ist insgesamt nicht so groß, daher sehe ich das nicht als Nachtteil, da man mit dem Taxi sehr schnell überall ist.

Cons:

Der Pool- und der Gymbereich haben mich weniger begeistert, aber das ist auch eine persönliche Präferenz.
