The room was spacious, clean in modern style. The pillows was extremely comfortable and smelled so good. The swimming pool on the roof was amazing, large & clean.
The staff was rude in general, they tried to beds friendly but it was not honest and they was not helpfull. Didn't offered electric scooter which was part of the hotel offer as free complementary. The restaurant people were very good but the food wasn't as good - beef was chewy. Reception staff had attitude and the hotel did not refund me 2 nights when I had to cancel them and check out earlier.
Hotel is a bit far from the city centre and they offer free shuttle but this need to be prebooked for both ways, otherwise no one pick u up.

Everything you need in a quaint little hotel, it’s well set out, the staff are super friendly, hotel laundry service excellent, beds comfortable
The dinners in the restaurant is primarily Indian, and so so delicious, there are other options, also but we do love our Indian food and they really hit the mark in service, cost and taste.
No Netflix option on the TV
But the 3 box office movie programmes, covered us , for some English content viewing
So yeah if all I can pick is that I couldn’t log into my own Netflix, I’d say they are doing a great job and this lovely run hotel

Please be consider as the hotel is quite far away from the central area and the tourist attractions. It takes quite lots of money for taxi, otherwise, everything is super nice.
Solid hotel with great and spacious rooms, a comfy bed and a cool infinity pool on top! We didn’t check out the restaurants. The proximity to the mall can be useful too.
Downside was that the room service was not open until midnight even though this is said in the menu in the room. Gym is cosi cosi.
