Pros:

Rooms were big and clean. Fridge in room. Wet room was large and clean. Nice TV. Plenty of wardrobe space.

Cons:

Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. Mattress was like a concrete slab. We both woke up both mornings, aching and tired due to lack of sleep. Coffee and water not replaced daily, and the room is not cleaned each day.

Great location, very clean environments

Cons:

There was no one on arrival at the reception, it was not explained anywhere how to open and enter. Also the room was only prepared for 2 people despite booking for 3. But all in all it wasn't bad

Pros:

Nice clean rooms with all necessities.

Cons:

It's right on a busy road if you are in the front very noisy while trying to sleep.No signs in English or on door to say it is El huq.

I guess is good balance price vs what you get
Pros:

Bed was big and comfortable, size of the room was nice also and laudry is next door to a hotel.

Cons:

Lots of ants so be aware when having any food or drinks, staff not replying for the messages and not present often. Room was not clean once. Toileters prepare only for one person in tiny quantities. Room could be cleanier.

Pros:

The staff are very helpful and approachable. They make our Thailand stay comfortable. There is none that we didn't like in this place. I love the place and the staff. Thank you!

Cons:

Just to share that the place is not near the train stations, hence, you have to take motorcycle or taxi/car.
