Location, right next to a big shopping centre. Lot's of coffeeshops around. The staff were polite.

Cons:

This is probably the worst hotel I stayed at during my one and a half months in Vietnam. I changed around seven places during that time, and I was really surprised by how dirty the room was and how old and worn out it felt—it clearly hasn’t been renovated in a long time.
There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom, and there was unflushed toilet paper in the toilet when I checked in. The room did have a window, but it was completely dark—it faced a blank wall and was covered with bars, so no light came through at all.
Luckily, I only stayed there for one night, which was all I needed, and that was fine. But overall, I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

They did not honor our booking made in Booking.com

Cons:

The staff were kind, but they denied our booking made through Booking.com. I showed them my booking confirmation, yet they said it was not in their records. They claimed the booking was for another branch of Canary Hanoi Hotel, but when I searched, there was no other branch with that name.

The photos on my booking matched their hotel perfectly, but they still refused to honor the reservation. Instead, they offered us vacant rooms at a higher cost or told us to find another hotel.

We were already exhausted from traveling, so we had no real choice but to take their rooms just to get some rest. This experience felt like a total scam.

Hôtel bien équipé et propre avec un personnel exceptionnel!
Pros:

Le personnel était au top! Très serviable et aimable. La chambre très confortable. Un hôtel au calme de la rue.
Il faut un moyen de transport pour se rendre au centre ville mais pour nous ce n’était pas un problème.

Cons:

La salle de bain aurait besoin d’être rénovée. Mais ça n’a en rien gêné notre séjour.
