Great location... beautiful property... helpful and friendly staff... best part is private pool ...

Cons:

Ac wasn't working properly for first night ...they even clean it as they say Ac were running continously for past 3 weeks...so they change the room for Us...
2nd there was no space or desk or counter to open luggage...had to keep and open on the floor.

رائع ومريح ونظيف
Pros:

اخذنا الفندق بعد التجول في بوكيت .. وفي وقت كان في ازدحام في الفنادق في باتونج وكان اختيار موفق لانها فنادق تعبانه وغاليه .. اما هالفندق كل شي فيه جميل .. والمسبح روعه

Very nice stay.

The huge bungalow with all its surrounding was beautiful.

Cons:

Some staff were racist against Indians. If you are in the hospitality industry you should have a keen sense to please your customer feel welcome always. If they are rude then you have the right to get angry on item.

Tyckte upplägget med rummen var bra. Man skulle kunna bo 2 familjer. Poolen var härlig och AC fungerade bra

L’idée de la piscine centrale est super par contre pour descendre dans la piscine il manque 2 marches pas de serviettes
Pros:

Papier peint déchiré carrelage au sol non collé avec le risque de se tailler les pieds

Cons:

Pour avoir de l’eau chaude il fallait en permanence se rendre à l’accueil pour un réglage
