High quality hotel if thats what you want
Pros:

Almost brand new. Lovely room looking out to the sea. Too much for my needs really. Staff were exceptionally attentive

Cons:

Location. Miles out of town. Nothing to do after sampling seafood. You need to get a cab to a very sleepy town.

Friendly staff
Pros:

Probably one of the best views we've had for a while. Our room gave us a panoramic view of the ocean and the beach and at night we could see the lights of Hainan.

The bed was comfortable, the staff were all so friendly and genuinely happy. We were very well looked after.

Cons:

Small gripes: the water pressure in the shower was low, but the water was hot. The breakfast was all very tasty but the selection was small in comparison to other hotels. When it rained, the roof of the restaurant leaked!

The location was brilliant for the beach, but a good half hour walk to the town.

Luxury hotel in a ghosttown
Pros:

Great view from window to beach. Bed is very comfortable, has mini fridge, kettle, and nice coffee replenished each day.
Free breakfast was ok - they packed us a travel breakfast the day we left early which was very kind of them! Staff were very friendly.
Separate shower, big tv, clean towels etc.

Cons:

Felt far from food choices or coffee. Right near the beach but the beach out front is dirty. Sort of felt like a ghost town around (abandoned hotels) which was both interesting and creepy.

Pros:

Great view, nice and kind stuff, amazing Great hotel with an excellent view and a very convenient location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was also very tasty with a good selection of food..

Cons:

One downside was the bathroom design — the toilet door had a large gap, which felt a bit unusual and reduced privacy

Sea veiw and staff were amazing!!

Cons:

Breakfast included - there was nothing to eat apart from eggs on toast. Fruits were minimal. Maybe ok for other people but it wasn't really breakfast foods it was lunch / dinner food like noodles and other soup like dishes.

Was not for me especially considering the price.

Pas d’électricité au matin du check out, pas de clim/chauffage, draps et serviettes très très sales. Petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix.
