La chambre est correcte. Le rapport qualité/prix est satisfaisant.

Cons:

Le quartier (certes proche du centre) n'est pas très reluisant. Il peut sembler légèrement insécurisant la nuit. Nous avons eu des punaises de lit.

Pros:

Rien, vraiment rien. Première fois que je déteste autant un endroit, et pourtant j’en ai visité des auberges minables..

Voici une liste non exhaustive de TOUT ce qui n’allait pas (FUYEZ TANT QUE VOUS LE POUVEZ):
- Salle de bain sale, eau puante sentant les égouts, porte de la douche ne se fermant pas, moisissures et saleté au niveau des murs et du siphon, pas de porte dans la salle de bain commune donc impossible de se changer
- Chambre puante, sentant la cigarette et la transpiration rance
- odeur cigarette présente dans toute l’auberge malgré les panneaux interdiction de fumer
- tres mauvaise localisation n’en déplaise aux anciens commentaires, quartier non safe, rues pour y accéder en travaux donc détour par chantier nécessaire
- aucune isolation, bruit incessant
- chaleur insoutenable, pas de ventilation ni d’aération
- et le pire : N’OUVREZ SURTOUT PAS LE RÉFRIGÉRATEUR CAR VOUS RISQUEZ DE VOUS ÉVANOUIR. L’odeur qui s’en dégageait n’est nulle autre que celle des égouts et de la pourriture extrême. C’était infernale.
Heureusement que nous n’y sommes restées qu’une seule nuit (laborieuse).

Struttura poco pulita

Molto delusa da Booking.com, abbiamo prenotato la stanza "suite VIP" perché avevamo necessità di avere la cucina, ma al momento dell'arrivo (h17.45) la struttura ci ha comunicato che l'unica stanza rimasta disponibile era una stanza doppia senza cucina. Ho tentato diverse volte di mettermi in contatto con l'Assistenza Clienti di Booking, che comunica di rispondere entro 24h, ma non ho mai ricevuto riscontro. La struttura purtroppo non ci ha potuto fornire una soluzione alternativa.

A great option to get to know Konya.
Pros:

We traveled with two children, and everything was calm and peaceful, ideal for kids and people of all ages.
The hotel is in a good location, in a residential area, where you can see local children playing nearby. The staff was very helpful, and I always feel delighted when I stay in a place where I can see how local people live. Right across from the hotel, there’s a small community gathering spot where locals sit, drink tea, and chat it adds such a warm and authentic touch.

Zafer Hotel was definitely the best choice we could have made. It was a very pleasant stay, and we had a great experience. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean in fact, it had recently been renovated and looked brand new.

The lady who welcomed us was extremely kind and polite. When I asked for directions and transport options to the Konya bus station, the owner was very helpful. He called the taxi service for us and helped arrange everything so we could easily get to the terminal for our bus to Alanya.

The hotel is not far from the city's main attractions. There are great shopping options nearby with excellent prices.

It's also very close to key tourist spots. Overall, it's a safe and convenient place to stay.
