Excellent budget apartment in the heart of Old Istabul
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Istanbul Old Town a few hundred metres south of the Blue Mosque.
It's a great value budget apartment so don't expect hotel type luxury - but it's exactly the kind of place I was looking for.
Ali is an excellent host - rooms are nice and clean with everything you need.

Cons:

It was all fine, nothing to complain about - certainly not at this price. Excellent for this price.

The Lokation is perfect,4 Minute by feat to the blue mosque and 3 minute to mamarasee.Is very quiet because it is a sideroad. .Ali the manager is a very nice man.Every room have Ac and the beds are very good.

Kompliziert für Unternehmen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft befindet sich sehr nah zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Personal ist sehr freundlich und gut organisiert. Nachts ist sehr ruhig

Cons:

Das Zimmer war in einem sehr feuchten, kalten Keller. Die Feuchtigkeit und Geruch sind so stark, dass die ganze Bekleidung nass wird. Die Unterkunft ist für die Firma nicht geeignet, da die Abwicklung sehr kompliziert ist (keine Erfahrung mit Unternehmen). Ausstellung von Rechnungen, Bezahlung sehr erschwert

Un coup de cœur pour cet hôtel et Ali le gérant !
Pros:

Séjour parfait grâce à un gérant adorable, bienveillant et toujours disponible. Ali est tout simplement adorable : toujours souriant, à l’écoute, et prêt à rendre service. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à 15 min à pied du centre historique, et la chambre, très confortable et impeccable (ménage régulier). Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter pour son accueil hyper chaleureux et sa propreté !

Cons:

La pression/chaleur de la douche est un peu irrégulière parfois, et il y a eu des très fortes pluies à Istanbul quand nous y étions, ce qui a causé quelques gouttes à passer dans la chambre (nœud étions sous le toit), Ali était très réactif pour résoudre la situation.

Si potrebbe migliorare
Pros:

La posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla piazza Sultanahmet e vicino ci sono molti ristoranti e market! Il personale molto gentile e disponibile!

Cons:

La mia camera aveva una piccola perdita del water, lo abbiamo fatto presente ma siamo comunque stati tutta la settimana con il pavimento del bagno bagnato! Il letto pulito ma comunque in generale non si devono avere molte pretese!

Good experience
Pros:

It was a very pleasant surprise find this hotel. The owner was very helpful, polite and kind. The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants, tourist places and it is very practical if you want to do things walking. The room was clean and well organized, the heater was working perfectly. If I go again, I will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The fridge didn't work very well, it wasn't that strong to cool the food down and there wasn't an outlet to charge my cell phone near the bed.

Отель в самом центре, очень удобно. первый раз найти будет непросто; maps приведет или таксист :)

Место тихое. Рядом линия трамвая Т1 - доедете через Золотой рог до достопримечательностей. Дом исторический. Запаха нет совсем, кровати удобные, холодильник и кондиционер работают тихо. Сантехника исправна. Лестница винтовая не для больных ног. Самое ценное - это хозяин Али. Заботливый, искренне доброжелательный и готовый помочь.

До Мраморного моря 7 мин, до Султанахмет 8 мин пешком. Я была одна, чувствовала себя в отеле комфортно. Спасибо Али за отдых.
