Si potrebbe migliorare
Pros:

La posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla piazza Sultanahmet e vicino ci sono molti ristoranti e market! Il personale molto gentile e disponibile!

Cons:

La mia camera aveva una piccola perdita del water, lo abbiamo fatto presente ma siamo comunque stati tutta la settimana con il pavimento del bagno bagnato! Il letto pulito ma comunque in generale non si devono avere molte pretese!

Good experience
Pros:

It was a very pleasant surprise find this hotel. The owner was very helpful, polite and kind. The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants, tourist places and it is very practical if you want to do things walking. The room was clean and well organized, the heater was working perfectly. If I go again, I will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The fridge didn't work very well, it wasn't that strong to cool the food down and there wasn't an outlet to charge my cell phone near the bed.

Отель в самом центре, очень удобно. первый раз найти будет непросто; maps приведет или таксист :)

Место тихое. Рядом линия трамвая Т1 - доедете через Золотой рог до достопримечательностей. Дом исторический. Запаха нет совсем, кровати удобные, холодильник и кондиционер работают тихо. Сантехника исправна. Лестница винтовая не для больных ног. Самое ценное - это хозяин Али. Заботливый, искренне доброжелательный и готовый помочь.

До Мраморного моря 7 мин, до Султанахмет 8 мин пешком. Я была одна, чувствовала себя в отеле комфортно. Спасибо Али за отдых.

Cost-effective stay with a great host
Pros:

Couldn't be better for the price. Best part is that Ali is always there for help when you need him. Staying in Istanbul with this great of a host and this affordable of rooms shouldn't be possible... but it is! Clean, safe, warm (went in winter), a nice bed, places to set your things, wi-fi, TV, window for fresh air, full bathroom, soap, towels, glasses for coffee/tea, ... what else do you need?

Cons:

I imagine that Ali is aware but the only thing that comes to mind is that the water doesn't stay consistently warm while showering (for the room I had in the basement anyways). It's cold water for 30 seconds maybe once or twice during a 5-10 min shower (I assume it has something to do with the pipes that would require a major overhaul to fix).

A minor annoyance (just step out from under the shower head for a minute) -- there will be some anywhere when staying for an affordable (read: it's a room in ISTANBUL for the price of one decent restaurant meal) price. Ali has done a great job keeping the place nice while keeping costs reasonable.

Понравилось местоположение отеля недалеко от моря и исторических объектов, отзывчивый хозяин Али реагировал на наши просьбы быстро,

Cons:

Нет лифта в отеле, подниматься было высоковато. Но мы утром уходили и вечером возвращались.
Надо добавить в номер посуду тарелки, ножи, вилки или ложки. А то у нас была одна чайная ложка

Pros:

Really beautiful hotel! I was there for my first few days of my solo trip, the position is really the best, close to Sultanahmet, beautiful area. The hotel is cozy and clean. Ali the owner is veri kind, always helpful and always available for any questions or problems. I surely reccomend this place to everybody! Hope to come back :)
