El miismo día nos dijeron que estaban haciendo obras justo al lado de la habitación. Nos ofrecieron quedarnos una noche y cancelar la estancia, pero quisimos ir por si no era para tanto. No había nadie dell hotel, la piscina estaba sucia y no respondían los mensajes.
Leider wurde das Hotel während unseres Aufenthalts renoviert. Dementsprechend war es laut, es wurde gesägt, gehämmert und gebohrt.
Zimmerservice wurde leider auch nicht gemacht.
Das Frühstück war meines Erachtens nicht wirklich gut.
Es gibt bestimmt bessere Unterkünfte in der Gegend.

Location was great, just in the middle of Tam Coc but in a back street so no noise or disturbances.
Breakfast was cooked to order, simple but fresh and tasty.
Could rent bikes, motorcycles and laundry service at an ok price.
The bathroom floods completely when showering. I chose this place because it had a separate shower with a glass door, not a wet bathroom, and even confirmed this at check-in. I regret not testing it immediately.
Both the shower and sink drainage didn’t work properly, turning the bathroom into a pool of used water. Even with the raised wooden area, it’s almost impossible to step out without stepping into the used water. The toilet also had water backing up.
When we reported it, we were given a mop to clean it ourselves and no option to change rooms as apparently they were full. I booked based on good reviews, but later found similar complaints. If you get room 206, check the water right away.

Благодарю мистера Toi за прекрасное гостеприимство и отношение к гостям. Всегда вежлив и готов помочь гостям. Мой автобус в Сапу был поздно вечером, он разрешил мне отстаться до вечера)
В номере было очень чисто и было все необходимое для проживания. Рестораны и магазины были рядом. В минуте ходьбы была лодочная станция и в пешей доступности станция, откуда отходят слип басы. Мне было очень удобно.
На вилле мистера Toi я чувствовала комфортно как дома.
