Von Mal zu Mal
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ziemlich gut.

Cons:

Ich war mittlerweile schon zum 6ten oder 7ten Mal in dem Hotel.
Leider musste ich feststellen, dass es jedes Mal schlechter wird.
Im Mülleimer vom Hotelzimmer war beim Check in voll mit Müll.
Die Duschkabinentür defekt, nur lauwarmes Wasser von der Dusche , auf dem Lacken im Bett waren Blutflecken, der Duschkopf war defekt.
Das Restaurant vom Hotel ist außer Betrieb, sodass man nicht mal mehr die Möglichkeit hat, einen Tee oder Kaffee zu trinken.

Finde es schade, dass das Hotel in so kurzer Zeit dermaßen verwahrlost.
Werde mir nächstes Mal 2mal überlegen müssen, ob ich ein nächstes Mal hingehen werde.

Good value for money, safe area and excellent staff.
Pros:

Hotel is a great value for money. What makes it valuable is mainly its staff. Everyone makes you feel like home. Hotel is located in a quite area, so you can sleep comfortably without the noise of Istanbul. Another plus point is that the room is cleaned daily. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it.

Cons:

Despite the fact that there are signs everywhere about smoking isn’t allowed, corridor had a cigarette smell. I guess the room next to mine had a balcony where people smoked (may be it was allowed in those rooms).

Bardzo udany pobyt, zdecydowanie wrócimy do tego hotelu
Pros:

Hotel oceniamy bardzo wysoko. Lokalizacja była wyśmienita – bardzo blisko metra i głównych atrakcji, co znacznie ułatwiało poruszanie się po mieście. Apartament był piękny, czysty i komfortowy, a personel niezwykle miły i pomocny – w każdej sytuacji otrzymywaliśmy natychmiastową pomoc i wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy.

Cons:

Nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń – pobyt był bardzo udany i z przyjemnością wrócimy ponownie.

Good value for money, very good conditions.
Pros:

I liked very much the room,. It was cleaned every day. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly, willing to help every time you needed something.

Cons:

I did not like the area around the hotel, as there are only bikers shops. A good thing, however, is that it is not too far from a street with shops and restaurants (10-15 minutes walking distance).

Pros:

Pluspunten:
• Schoon en comfortabel
• Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
• Goed ontbijt inbegrepen en aangenaam restaurant
• Rustige, veilige buurt met goede verbindingen
• Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding

Cons:

Minpunten:
• Slechte airconditioning
• Communicatie niet altijd even duidelijk binnen het werkende team
• Waterkoker ontbrak, haardroger was mogelijk defect, omdat hij hapert en het gevoel geeft dat het ieder moment kan begeven.

Good hotel, but not a good location
Pros:

Modern hotel, fast Wifi, safe box, free 2 bottles of water per day

Cons:

All restaurants around (in Egitim district) doesnt have a food in evening. For dinner you must go to Kadikoy or Uskudar

Clean room and bright room, responsive staff

Cons:

The flush of the toilet didn’t work well. Some of the staff don’t speak English. It makes hard to communicate.
The breakfast is quite expensive and it’s not a buffet.
