Séjour agréable
Pros:

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, qui bénéficie d’un bon emplacement à Laleli, à proximité des transports en commun, des commerces et des principaux points d’intérêt d’Istanbul.

Le personnel est sympathique, accueillant et serviable. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions, notamment le thé et l’eau qui m’ont été offerts pendant les formalités d’enregistrement.

La chambre était propre et confortable, de dimensions correctes. La salle de bains, bien que petite, était fonctionnelle.

Le petit-déjeuner constitue également un point fort de l’établissement. Il est copieux, varié et de bonne qualité, avec certaines préparations qui changent d’un jour à l’autre, ce qui est appréciable lors d’un séjour de plusieurs nuits. Le personnel chargé du service est particulièrement attentionné.

Cons:

Le principal point négatif concerne les chambres donnant sur la cour intérieure, où sont installés de gros équipements de climatisation dont les moteurs génèrent un bruit important. Cette nuisance sonore peut affecter le confort et la tranquillité du séjour.

Nice hotel and good value for money
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, nice clean hotel, and a good breakfast. Sehmus was especially helpful during check in, and for helping with the transfer.

Cons:

Nothing really. The shower had a leak from the door - which meant a wet floor all the time. Can be easily fixed.

Her şey harikaydı, tüm personele ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz (Hasan abi, Leyla hanım, Tuğba hanım, Fuat, Şemmuz, Meryem). Kahvaltı mükemmeldi! Her şey çok lezzetliydi. Konumu harika; metroya ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakın. Oda tertemiz ve konforluydu. İstanbul’a tekrar gelirsek yine bu otelde kalacağız. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

The location is perfect! Breakfast is awesome! The hotel is very clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for four nights, booked three rooms. We were all very happy that we chose here!

Overall a great stay, would recommend!
Pros:

Zalel Hotels Laleli was very clean, with a small but comfortable room that had a nice mini balcony. The location is about 2 km on foot from Sultan Ahmed Square, but there's a tram stop very close by, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was simple. Parking in the area is quite difficult, but the staff were friendly and helped arrange a parking spot for 10 euros a day.

الموقع ممتاز وقريب من الترام والمترو والمنطقة حيوية جدا، والفندق نظيف ومريح ، والغرف مريحة وتتوفر فيها كل ما تحتاجه ، حتى سجادة الصلاة، والافطار لذيذ ونظيف، هذه هي الاقامة الاولى ولن تكون الاخيرة ان شاء الله، شكرا لطاقم العمل في الفندق
