I had a really great experience staying here. Everything felt easy and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Şehmuz at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, always checking in and offering complimentary coffee or tea. He also gave some really good suggestions for places to visit around the city which I appreciated.

The room was very clean and the location is excellent, right beside a convenience store which made things very convenient. Overall it was a great stay and I would happily come back.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the tram, metro, market, and restaurants. The breakfast is excellent, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Levente at the reception desk, who is always helpful and responsive if you have any questions

Останавливалась в этом отеле в районе Лалели - и осталась очень довольна. Расположение удобное: до трамвая близко, до основных достопримечательностей легко добраться, при этом сам район живой.
Сам отель - настоящая находка для тех, кто ценит комфорт и домашнюю атмосферу. Номера очень уютные, со свежим, приятным ремонтом. В комнате есть абсолютно всё необходимое - ничего лишнего, но и ни в чём не чувствуешь недостатка. Плюс есть лифт, что для Стамбула (особенно с чемоданом) огромное облегчение. Отдельно порадовала ежедневная уборка - в номере всегда чисто, постельное бельё и полотенца свежие. Это добавляет ощущения настоящей гостиницы, а не квартиры посуточно.
Персонал очень заботливый: в течение всего дня предлагают чай и кофе - мелочь, а приятно, чувствуешь себя желанным гостем.
В общем, если ищете в Лалели место с душой, свежим ремонтом, удобствами (лифт, уборка, чай-кофе) и вкусной едой - смело берите. Обязательно вернусь сюда ещё».

Otaqlar geniş, təmiz və çox rahatdır, hər şey səliqəli şəkildə hazırlanıb. Personal son dərəcə mehriban, diqqətli və yardımsevərdir, hər zaman qonaqlara kömək etməyə hazırdır.

Səhər yeməyi isə xüsusilə qeyd olunmalıdır — çox zəngin və dadlıdır. Müxtəlif növ pendirlər, zeytunlar, təzə çörəklər, şirniyyatlar, isti yeməklər və içkilər təqdim olunur. Hər zövqə uyğun seçim var və məhsulların keyfiyyəti yüksəkdir.

💛🧡💚🩷💙🩷I stayed at Zalel Hotels Laleli and overall had a pleasant experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It is situated in a very central area of Istanbul, within walking distance to many historical attractions, shops, and restaurants. The tram station is only a few minutes away, and there are also metro stations nearby, which makes transportation around the city very easy and convenient.

The staff was generally friendly and helpful during my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were willing to assist when needed. The room was clean and comfortable. While it is not a luxury hotel, it offers good value for the price. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the basic amenities required for a short stay.
