The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having breakfast in the garden was lovely every morning. We were also able to have drinks in the garden in the evenings which was a nice way to end the day. Looking around I'd say this is definitely the nicest place to stay in Eceabat. Also an easy walk to shops and restaurants.
Our fault we picked the budget room which was very small, should have paid a little bit extra for a larger room.
I stayed in the area to tour the Gallipoli Peninsula and ANZAC historic areas instead of a very long day trip from Istambul, Eceabat is a very central place when visiting the area or even crossing to the Çanakkale side by ferry. The Casa Villa is easy to find with plenty of parking, well staffed and serves a great breakfast, easy walking distance down to the town for a meal on the water front (which will be a fraction of Istambul food prices). The staff during my stay were exceptionally good and frendly, serving large and tradional breakfasts, and a cold beer in the garden for those inclined. The double room was quiet, no noise from other guests (I was on the lower floor) and plenty of hot water. Overall a good place to stay while on the Peninsula, while Eceabat has no historic sites, ensure you travel down to the next village Kilidülbahir for the forts and a great seafood lunch on the seafront.
Nothing to meantion.
The breakfasts were beautiful
It would have been helpful to have had something explaining that your rooms were only serviced if you asked and told them when you were leaving.
The garden needed a little love.
Mooie huis met een grote tuin, kamers zijn leuk ingericht, lekker knus, geeft je een huiselijke gevoel

The breakfast was wonderful and in a lovely setting and they went out of their way to have it ready early for us.
The payment process was a bit difficult.

Wow! This place is excellent. Being able to sleep in the same room as old mate Johnny Howard will be a story I will tell for years to come. The deluxe room is a must for anybody wanting the top tier suite of Eceabat. The owners of this place were lovely, their English being a bit confusing and manageable. The breakfast was one of the best I had in Turkiye. The hotel is a short walk to the town centre and a bit further to the ferry. The garden was amazing to sit outside and chill during our stay. What more can I say other than you should stay here whether you are attending Anazac Day or want to visit the memorials in other periods. Make sure you get some time to visit Cape Hellas and the Ottaman Memorials as they are both very moving and interesting.
The only thing that was annoying was that a late breakfast could have been served after the dawn service. I think everyone staying at the hotel on the 25th April were attending and arrived back at the hotel around 1pm to 2pm but only cakes and coffee were available which was a shame.
Very comfortable, lovely seating and outdoor communal

Lovely breakfast and staff were helpful and friendly . Beautiful garden to sit in .
Hotel Casa Villa is very nice. It has beautiful gardens and the host/ staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Casa Villa
Excellent breakfast - could not be better
The choice of restaurants in Eceabat is poor - not the hotels fault but affected the stay
Extremely hospitable and helpful staff. Freshly cooked breakfast was superb (courgette fritters and cheese omelet), served in the calm garden.
Nothing.
It was a great location with lovely garden setting and views across the Dardanelles. Easy to access Gallipoli Peninsula from there. Good access to restaurants & beach. Fantastic breakfast with very attentive staff. Would highly recommend.
