There was a smell of sewage in the toilet, the only thing I noticed was that someone called me at 6 a.m. or it was an alarm clock that I didn’t order

Convenient hotel for crossing the border with Georgia.
Pros:

The hotel is easy to find on the promenade overlooking the Black Sea. It is easy to get a taxi from across the road to the border with Georgia. Lovely terrace on the top floor where you can have breakfast. The room was clean.

Cons:

No reading lights by the bed and the main ceiling light was broken. Wi-fi was useless. No kettle or refreshments in the room. Breakfast was adequate. No fruit or oats. Very poor bread.

Property is in a bad condition, not clean, no AC, noisy with a strong stench of smoke

NOTHING. TERRIBLE.

Cons:

A very poorly kept property with a strong smell of smoke all around, including the rooms. The rooms are not clean, in a bad state. The staff does not speak or understands English. breakfast was NOT edible at all. Simply put - STAY AWAY, this place is a horrible one star dump on a road in an industrial zone.

Pros:

Вежливый персонал, познакомился даже с главным. Уборку просили часто, но мне приходилось отказывать, потому, что у меня итак чисто было и хватало за глаза всех гелей для душа, мыла и воды. При выезде не проверяли даже номер, хотя я не сомневался, что с ним все ок. Во всем помогали, все подсказывали

Cons:

Единственный минус был это интернет. Его бы ускорить и чтобы не вылетал, но это не критично

Хорошая ванная комната, отремонтирована.
Удобное месторасположение.
Вид из окна красивый на море.
Неплохой завтрак.

Cons:

Жили в 502 номере. Wi-Fi не дотягивался в номер и сигнал ловил только у двери или в ванной комнате, в самом номере - нет. Сильный запах сигарет в номере. А еще стоял чужой чемодан. Персонал его не убрал. Сервис на ресепшен был так себе.

Недавно сделан ремонт, отель выглядит даже лучше, чем на фото. В номерах еще есть легкий запах ремонта, но уже почти выветрилось

Cons:

couldn't use the shower, everything was dirty.
the booking was for 2 people, there was one slipper, one cup, one sugar and no coffee or tea.
the twin bed was half the size of the regular twin bed.
requested the invoice, got the cash register slips

Pros:

Hôtel situé en face de la mer et de la route. Chambre rénovée au 7 ème et dernier étage, jolie et bien équipée. Petit déjeuner turque en buffet.

Cons:

Le bruit de la circulation. Hopa est une ville sympathique mais sans centres d'intérêts.
