Location and near game park
Not very clean and there is alot of insects inside the room and outside they don't clean.
It does jot worth more than 2 stars. I booked for 3 nights but did only 2 nights because my family couldn't stand the amount of insects in and outside the room.
It is in a good natural location easy to reach

I liked the Nature, the rooms, and the food
Especially breakfast was very good
The fire place in the room was very good and give us warm feeling.
Some of the staff need to be more friendly and welcoming, there are some of them friendly and very nice, and another little some are the opposite, they let you feel you are not welcomed, I don’t know why?! I don’t like to mention names.
I hope next time we don’t feel the same isA, cause we love this place very much and this was our second visit.
I also didn’t like the dinner prices, it’s above average.
I liked location and quietness
the restaurant close early in the evening.
The nature of the place is great.
The rooms are nice.
The restaurant breakfast was great.
The toilet and shower needed some maintenance and better cleaning.
As this hotel is in the middle of nature, do expect some frogs and insects to roam around. To be honest, we only found 1 little bug in the shower. Other than that, the room was clean.

Although I requested accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children and payed in advance I was asked to pay 200 usd more for the children!!!
Very quiet and peaceful place surrounded by nature. Great breakfast. And excellent staff on all levels starting from the welcoming manager who speaks good Arabic and all the other staff in the restaurant and others in the hotel. They made our stay unique and unforgettable.
Nothing actually all was great. Restaurant close at 8:30 or 8:00 that was a bit early for us. If it can be closed or at least add room service only till 10:00 it will be a plus. But even if it doesn't change, I will stay again there as I was extremely happy with everything.
The location is great. Quality and quantity of breakfast was good. Very few staff members gave service with a smile.
Cleanliness was poor. The doors locks we jammed. Information on wifi was missing, we had to go around looking for someone to ask about it. Few staff members were not accommodating at all.

I met onee of the best humans (the hotel manager) who did more than enough to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I met many nice people there. I'm definitely coming back again but not alone :)
