30.12.2025 -03.012025 tarihine 5 kişi iki( yetişkin ayrı diğer iki yetişkin ayrı odalarda olmak şartıyla oda rezerv etdim her iki odanın fiyatı neredeyse aynıydı (207,215 ) euro rezervin birinde yanlışklıkla 1 yetişkin yazılmış tesisde 80 euro para aldılar ayrıca . Otelin burdakı tanıtımında wifi olduğu yazılsada wifi yoktu. Ayrıca her fırsatta konuklardan daha fazla nasıl para çıkara bilecek bir keşif arıyorlar mesela akşam yemeğinde bir bardak sıcak suyu bile ilave para karşılığında veriyorlar odalardaki klimaların fotoğrafını yerleştirdim ilgilenen baka bilir telefon numaram +994702836363 sorusu olan olursa cevaplaya bilirim ! Sonuç olarak sizin ( booking comun) sayesinde büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadım

Кондиционер не в лучшем состоянии и висит прямо над кроватью в тесном номере.

Wifi works only in lobby, but for me that was great! Disconnect from some for a holiday.

A hotel with no wifi in the rooms is just too outdated.

If you want to use the fridge in the room (which is already on) it costs 2 euro extra per day.
If you want to use the safe in the room it costs 3 euro extra per day. That is ridiculous.

The hygiejne at the buffet was bad since personel did not care if sanitizer was available or not.

No rules are being enforced by personel. People are swimming outside pool opening hours. Children are swimming in the adult pool.
Towels can not block sun beds, but no personel are moving it as the signs says.

The Pool hours are from 9.30 to 17.00, which is really short.

The airco is directed towards the beds and it is impossible to change the direction of cold air, people are getting sick due to that. No kettle in the room and refrigerator only available against extra costs

The hotel had his time in the past. Everything is getting old. The bath , the furniture. The thing that you have to use the room key to get the energy run is something out of the 70 s. The room door is not quiet. You hear everything what a going on beside your room door. It takes minutes until you get some warm water for a shower and at least lots of dust under the bedroom. Maybe they do not pay enough for the cleaning stuff. Breakfast looks good. But the taste. … hm okay I will never go there again. I checked out one night earlier then planned. I did not get any refund. Even though I haven’t been asked if I want to. They didn’t even care that I checked out one day earlier.
