Pros:

После того как забранировал номер, написал менеджеру что рядом со мной будет дочка и спросил нужно ли мне дополнительно платить за нее, ответили что не до и просто приезжайте. Потом в рецепшне сказали что не мы это писали и на месте попросили заплатить дополнительно. Потом еще сказали в гостинице кондиционер не будет работать 2 дня. Только после того как подняли скандал включили ближе к ночи.

if you are travelling for kidswear shopping - a very good location of the hotel is ideal for it.
Pros:

the breakfast was very good. Turkish hospitality never let's you down.
location of the HTL was good as we were travelling to buy some children's clothes and textiles.

Cons:

HTL needs to improve their beds. They were uncomfortable. i think not independent spring coil beds.
And bed linens need to be renewed.

Hotel was as described on booking.com
All staffs are friendly, kind and very welcoming.
Rooms were very clean/neat and well maintained.
Breakfast was delicious and unlimited.
Special Thanks to Mr Amaar (Front Desk), he made our stay exceptional, very helpful (Taxis/Trip Advices and many more
We all had a lovely stay
Will surely visit again and recommend to families and friends
