Cracking holiday.
Pros:

Food was top quality, staff were very very friendly and helpful, they seemed like a family. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like, the only thing missing compared to similar resorts was some waterslides. There were mini slides for toddlers but they don’t really count :)

Super Aufenthalt mit kleinem Makel
Pros:

Das Hotel lässt insgesamt keine Wünsche offen. Von einem super Strand, Poolanlage, einem top Frühstücks- und Essensbuffet sowie sportlichen Aktivitäten braucht man die Anlage theoretisch nicht zu verlassen. Besonders dankbar bin ich für den schnellen Support, als ich vor Ort eine Erkältung bekommen habe und die medizinische Hilfe direkt vom Hotel organisiert wurde.

Cons:

Der einzige Mangel den ich anmerken muss ist eine Wurmerkrankung zwei Wochen nach dem Urlaub. Da es zeitlich passt und ich nur im Hotel gegessen habe, kann die Erkrankung daher nur von von dort stammen. Ob es an dem Salat gelegen hat oder das manche streunende Katzen sich auf den Tischen und Stühlen drinnen aufgehalten haben kann ich nur spekulieren. Hier sollte mehr aufgepasst werden.

Большая и ухоженная территория!
Несколько кафе для перекуса.
Большая детская площадка + батуты.
Очень понравилось отношение к аллергии, перед каждым блюдом есть табличка где указаны аллергены! Также аллергены указаны и в уличных кафе.
В кафе можно заказать (суп, салат, пиццу, бургер и тд) все это включено в стоимость проживания.
Несколько больших морозильников на территории с мороженым. Бар не оцениваем-не пьем.
Пляж был чистым, песочный, мы отдыхали когда сезон заканчивался (ноябрь) поэтому лежаки были всегда пустые, насколько их хватает в сезон оценить сложно, но как будто достаточно. Есть зоны 16+
Есть зоны для курящих. Урна для подгузников. Много мелочей очень продумано.

Cons:

Номера небольшие, наш номер требовал косметического ремонта.
В туалетной комнате не было ощущения безупречной чистоты.
В детской комнате аниматоры не разговаривали по русски и ребенок испугался идти, но сложилось впечатление что и они не хотели заинтересовать ребенка, открыли дверь, посмотрели и закрыли( Также вечером проходит мини игра перед шоу, вы с телефона отвечаете на викторину, но викторина тоже не на русском и за 15 секунд перевести вопрос невозможно. а поиграть тоже очень хотелось…

Perfect location to participate Beach Sprint World Championships on Sorgun beach.
Pros:

Cats. Private access to swimming pool. Beautiful garden. Food was available all the time.

Cons:

Food was very good, but it can always be netter. No real surprises or wow-effects.

Traumhafte Auszeit
Pros:

Alles. Ein wunderbarer Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und sich verwöhnen zu lassen. Auch als Veganer muss man dort absolut nicht verhungern, als.Vegetarier schon gar nicht. Danke!
Es ist absolut ein Highlight, dass alle Außen-Pools beheizt sind und im November zum Schwimmen einladen.
Danke, dass für die Katzen so gut gesorgt wird.

Cons:

Nur eine Anregung: Es gibt den wunderbaren Nachtisch auch in glutenfrei. Schön wären auch ein paar vegane Alternativen davon im Café oder Restaurant.

Так как отдыхали в сезон, когда вечерами холодно было бы здорово предлагать гостям на улице пледы, мы узнали о том что они есть только в последний вечер. Как результат уезжали простуженными

Entspannter Urlaub zu zweit
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu zweit. Wir haben bei der Ankunft ein Upgrade bekommen und es war einfach perfekt! Das Personal ist sehr nett, auch wenn es das Ende der Saison ist. Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall das Restaurant Tarcin und das Aqua Grill zu besuchen - das Essen war wunderbar! Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub!!!

Cons:

Das ist nicht wirklich nicht gefallen aber die Abendunterhaltung wurde ausschließlich auf englische Gäste ausgerichtet. Wäre besser. wenn es etwas mehr durchmischt wäre.
