The only positive points of our stay were that the location was not too bad and that we were glad the check-in could be done early in the morning, which was convenient.
This was without a doubt the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was very dirty, with hair everywhere and even cockroaches. The mattress was hard and badly stained, which was very unpleasant. A terrible smell of dampness filled the whole room due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, and even with the door and windows open it was impossible to air it out properly. The curtains were not blackout at all, so the room was flooded with daylight very early in the morning. On top of that, there was a constant and extremely loud noise from the restaurant’s extractor fans at the back, which only stopped late in the evening. The Wi-Fi was also of very poor quality. For information, we were on the fourth floor the hotel has no elevator, but that wasn’t a negative point for us. Overall, it was an extremely uncomfortable stay and we strongly advise against staying here.

Wonderful and helpful owner! The rooms were very clean, and the location is excellent. The motorbike rental was incredibly affordable, and the owner assisted us with everything we needed. Despite it being festival season, the prices were very reasonable, which we truly appreciated. Everything was easy and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
Poorly there is no elevator and we stayed on floor 4. Not bad for us but some people need to know!
The owner is very nice. Room is large and comfortable. Daily clean provided. We also did our laundry (great price, nice and clean) and hired a scooter through them which was great.

Location is good, imstaff were nice. Not far from the drop up/pick up point for buses from the airport. Good price for a room to yourself if your on a budget.
The noise, you will hear everything. If your a light sleeper this is not for you. There is gaps between the doors, ants swarming around the door, and single glazed windows. I stayed on the 4th floor, there’s no lifts so be prepared to walk many steps. Typical Vietnamese will be playing karaoke and coughing and spitting at any hour and you will hear it .
Nice clean room in the heart of Dalat. The price was very reasonable and hosts very friendly. They have motorbikes to hire and restaurants are all handy. Really good hot shower!!!
