Pros:

The location is literally great just a few steps from the Mtende Beach.
Personal was really nice. We had amazing sea view from our bungalow.

Cons:

The wifi connection is very poor and sometimes the electricity is off even during night which was a bit inconvenient.

Le lieu. Les plus beaux levers de soleil en présence des Fisher men . Puis arrive le flot des touristes …
L’extrême gentillesse du personnel et les longues discussions sur le vie avec le patron Patrick.
Le petit déjeuner copieux .
La chambre 5 en hauteur avec une vue magnifique sur la plage.

Schöne Natur, schwierige Lage
Pros:

abgelegen, ruhige Lage und schöne Natur.
Das Personal war sehr nett. Es hat in unserem Zimmer geregnet und wir konnten problemlos und schnell ein besseres Zimmer bekommen.

Cons:

Das Menü des eigenen Restaurants war leider sehr dünn.

Es gab kein Klimaanlage, nur ein Ventilator. Außerdem gab es die ganze Nacht Stromausfall, sodass man vor Hitze nicht schlafen konnte.

Pros:

L’établissement a une localisation exceptionnelle. Notre chambre avait une vue incroyable sur l’océan. Nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux, l’accueil du stage, le petit déjeuner copieux. Je recommande.

Très bel endroit au sud de Zanzibar
Pros:

Très bel hôtel à côté de la plage et des rochers : bungalow avec très belle vue sur la mer et ses marées qui chantent sans arrêt le paysage...Le personnel est particulièrement aimable attentionné et professionnel, le restaurant est délicieux et le petit déjeuner très bon et copieux, que du bonheur!

Die Lage ist natürlich außergewöhnlich schön, unvergleichlich.

Cons:

Andauernder Stromausfall über Stunden....im Wechsel mit keinem Wasser oder viel zu wenig Wasserdruck.
Klimaanlage wäre angebracht, bei dem Preis.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in de prachtige bungalow met uitzicht op zee. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij, ze doen alles om het je naar de zin te maken. We werden elke dag getrakteerd op een prachtig bed met bloemen decoratie ! Ook complimenten voor de kok, het eten was heerlijk. Het strand is prachtig, Eden Rock is een aanrader!

Beautiful view, bad hotel

The property is located in the wonderful place on the rock with ocean view and beautiful beach.

Cons:

So we booked the property for three nights, but unfortunately after one night we left it immediately because of the experience we had. Because it was raining during the night, we had leeks roof, the net on the bed was useless and we got bitten by mosquitoes badly. The room wasn’t clean, there were practically not water pressure in the shower and only good thing was the view from the balcony. The common areas of the hotel was’t pleasant as well or clean and restaurant overpriced. I believe with some love and cmleaniness considering the views this place has it can be very good, but not at this moment.
