Great hotel, will definitely stay there again!
Pros:

Very nice hotel, 10/10, staff was friendly and very welcoming, room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was delicious, location very safe and quite perfect for a relaxing stay.

Нормально. На пару днів можна. Офіціантам і адміністратору треба навчитися посміхатися.
Pros:

Локація, чистота, якість.

Cons:

Не захотіли безкоштовно замінити білий хліб на сірий. Не оновили міні бар на другий день. Немає нормального укриття. Що в ресторані після 20:00 не можна поїсти.

Pros:

Персонал - супер, дуже ввічливі та клієнтоорієнтовані. Інтер'єр номеру також порадував, те що і очікували обираючи по фото. Все дуже чисто та зручно, як і очікуєш від люксу. Також відмічу смачну кухню та прекрасне розташування готелю.

Cons:

З мінусів можу відмітити тріщини на шпалерах в одній з кімнат - немаленькі, таке враження ніби тріщина пішла в стіні і потім шпалери зверху чимось підклеїли, але це все одно помітно. Також хотілося б побачити одноразові набори для гігієни ротової порожнини.
