Про готель багато говорити немає сенсу, все супер! А враховуючи СПА, яке входить у вартість, то це найкращий варіант у Луцьку!

Персонал на рецепш. Чисто. Душ/вода гаряча.

Cons:

Немає ліфту, валізи тягнули з дружиною на 3й поверх. Ліжко не придатне для використання, в повному сенсі цього слова - матрац дуже неякісний, а саме ліжко не просто скрипіло, а так, начебто розвалювалось (на інший бік повернутися не можна). Мінібар-холодильник непридатний для готелю - видає звуки неспівставні з відпочинком. Сніданок непоганий, але щоб його отримати (не фуршетний, замовляєте з наявних варіантів) довелося викликати персонал ресторану через рецепшн. Відпочити в дорозі не вдалося, а навпаки .

Номер чистий, просторий та комфортний. Санвузол чистий. Сніданки смачні

Cons:

В 315 номері жахливе ліжко, при кожному русі прокидаєшся від скрипу. Матрас провалюється🥲
