Spacious and clean rooms. Huge and comfy bed. Dark rooms. 10 minute walk to restaurants. The two guys checking us in were great.
We were only planning on staying one night and this hotel seemed like the best of a bad bunch. The stay was fine.
Breakfast was average.
The sky bar and restaurant are gross, dirty and smell really bad. We didn’t stay and instead bought a beer and drank it in the room.
The hotel is extremely run down.
The girl on reception checking us out was the most rude and ignorant individual we’ve met through our two times in Vietnam.
Vị tri đẹp, nhân viên thân thiện.
Tòa nhà sát kề bên có vẻ như để hoang rất xuống cấp.

Hotel staffs, Location, wifi are perfect
There are no Electrical sockets near beds in my room. Difficult to charge phone when you are in beds.
The breakfast is not what expected but it’s OK with pricing.
The hotel quite old.
Perfect location, walking distance to the border, nite market, bridge, good buffet breakfast, pretty friendly gardeners, spa, bellman.
Heaven of Smokers but me
The Rooftop restaurant only turns around if they have many customers and it’s heavily smoked
Cant say this’s 5 star standard hotel but looks good in area.
Wonderful rooms. 4 to 5 star quality. A large room. Huge bed with quality, crisp linen.
Nice cafe lounge on top floor, with good coffee.
Many staff were very helpful.
The concierge strongly indicated that he/the hotel was not interested in having me stay - until I agreed to pay in advance. Really!
What a horrible way to be introduced to a hotel.
The concierge took a deposit from my payment in a most peculiar way. After I fully paid on arrival, I'm expecting 260k vnd of change, as my cash tendered was in excess of the full cost of my bioking. But the concierge announced they would be keeping the extra amount as a deposit. Really!! So intimidating. Judging me to be a poor thief, I suppose. Why else so focussed on the money from the very first minutes I'm there?
I'm European heritage, from Australia. I was welcomed in Chinese, to which I replied in Vietnamese. When I asked for a room, I was asked in English if I'm from China. It's only when they see my Australian passport and check the stamp for my entry to Vietnam (through HCMC) that they seem to relax and treat me as a safe or good person.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Chinese style. OK, for Vietnamese. Not much for the western palate. No eggs or bacon or cereal or drinkable coffee. The fruit was green guava and watermelon. There was very bad quality bread (crumbly like dry cake). There was a toaster and jam (but no butter). So breakfast was a few pieces of nice watermelon. Some fried rice or corn or spring rolls would have been really good. But no.
My departure was via a minivan to Hanoi, booked the day before. The price "magically" fell from 1.5 M vnd to 1 M vnd within seconds of me saying 1.5 M is too expensive (for me and my bicycle). They ring the people and organise it. I ask, "Which bus company?" thinking I can look for their timetable online. No, we can't tell you, they say. Do not worry, they say.
Location is great, it's convenient for my family. My rooms is close to each other.
The room isn't clean, it smells awful. Lighting in the room isn't good enough. Smoke in elevator, what a standard :(
