Готель Захар Беркут оцінюю на тверду 4!
Pros:

Готель з привітним персоналом. Смачна кухня, порції відповідаю ціні. Гостинність на вищому рівні. Номер чистий, прибирався щоденно, тепло та комфортно в номері все необхідне було,вид з вікна на гори та підйомник,- казковий.
Відповіли чудово!

Cons:

Запис на додаткові процедури, наприклад сауна, чан більш доступний для гостей. Був дефіцит вільних місць в днях та в часах, щоб відвідати чан та сауну.
В ресторані приготування мʼяса тривало понад 30хв і при прийомі замовлення офіціанти, на цьому не акцентували увагу.
В дні коли був банкет/святкування, офіціанти працювали на банкет. Інші гості ресторану понад 30хв очікували замовлення.
