Все сподобалося. Персонал привітний, в номерах дуже чисто,все необхідне є.Територія доглянуті.

Сподобалися чистота і облаштування номеру , спа-зони, ресторану, чистий теплий басейн , дуже привітний персонал, обслуговування номерів , все на вищому рівні.

Cons:

Враження зіпсувала погана звукоізоляція в номері, якщо хтось в номері поруч буде дивитися телевізор , або просто заходити/виходити з номеру, відкривати шафу , або навіть розмовляти, ви це обов'язково почуєте, особливо це неприємно в нічний час.

Сподобалось зручне ліжко, простора та комфортна ванна кімната (особливо зацінили додаткове дзеркало для обличчя), сам номер теж великий, з багатьма зручностями.

Cons:

Не вистачало чайника, також хотілося б мати дві пляшки саме негазованої води. Додатково у номері досить темно ввечері, незважаючи на точкове освітлення.

Зупиняємося тут вдруге. Лютий 2025, і лютий 2026..)
Подобається і рекомендую, чисто, тепло, і комфортно.

Cons:

Якщо порівнювати з минулим роком, зупинялися на тиждень, то персонал по проханню, за додаткову плату сніданок приносили в номер. Цього року сніданки в номер не можна замовити. Шкода, бо це дуже зручно з дитиною, коли вона ще спить, а тобі смакує кава, а дитину не можеш залишити одну ..

На загал, враження непогані. Готель - це супер . Щодо ресторану - хотілося просто піти в інше місце вечеряти.
Pros:

Чистота. Смачна кухня. Спокійний відпочинок.

Cons:

Непрофесійність офіціантів ресторану. Є багато бізнес- тренерів, які могли б провести навчання персоналу, особливо ресторанного обслуговування.

Уютный номер

Cons:

Слышно всё, что происходит в коридоре. В раковине был засор на слове. В унитазе были проблемы со сливным бачком. Смывал через раз.
