Cons:

За описом пропозиції - тримісний люкс. Дзеркало у ванній кімнаті було розбите, змішувач зламаний (під час користування весь час відкручувався від шлангу), в наявності лише рідке мило біля вмивальника, на гель для душу можете не розраховувати, як і на капці з халатом. В кімнаті під телевізором добряче павутиння. Витяжка у ванній кімнаті відсутня, освіжувач повітря теж.

Відпочинок на природі.
Pros:

Мені подобалося розташування, гарні краєвіди, номер, обслуговування. Все чисте, зручно, красиво. Обов'язкове хочу приїхати ще раз.

Cons:

Так як будинок дерев'яний, ізоляції немає зовсім. Але, це нам не дуже сильно заважало.

Близько до старту Карпатії

Cons:

Корпус де ми проживали знаходиться в постійній тіні - в деревах, сиро в номері, душова не має повноцінної шторки, вся вода тече на підлогу . Два дні перебування - не було вайфаю, хоча обіцяли що от от мають зробити.

Great nature and location but needs a lot of improvements
Pros:

The location is great and right next to the mountain. The nature is beautiful. We were in the Room 11 in Building 2 and had a nice balcony with an amazing view on the mountains. The whole building was in surrounded with a little forest and it gave a very nice vibe.

The administrator lady was nice and understanding when we were not happy with the room and was ready to cancel it without any fees.

Some food was really delicious like banosh, potato and mushrooms pan and blueberry crepes.

In general I think the place has so much potential, but needs a lot of improvement in terms facilities, level of service and hospitality.

Cons:

There were quite a lot of things that could be improved:

1. We booked one of the most expensive rooms in order to have comfortable facilities and enjoy our holiday. Once we arrived we saw that our building was right next to the construction. I’m front of our room people were sawing wood non stop and the noise unbearable and was giving us headache. It was not an environment for a relaxing holiday. The room was really overpriced for the facilities and the surrounding construction. But as mentioned the administrator lady was understanding enough to chance our room

2. There is a lot of construction on the territory of the hotel so it doesn’t look neat. I understand that they need to update the facilities, but it should be mentioned somewhere. Also one peace of the road to the hotel was really bad

3. The walls in our building were so thin that you could hear every work the people in the next room were saying. So it was quite noisy

4. No one cleaned our room during 3 nights of our stay. Like no one took out the trash even once or changed the towels. The bedsheets and the towels were quite old. Some things were quite dirty like the cup for toothbrushes had a lot of dirt inside.

5. The drainage in the shower was clogged and it would take the water around 1 hr to go down. So if one person took a shower the second person couldn’t do it straight away.

6. Some food was not the best. Like I ordered omelette with vegetables and I got it with frozen carrots and peas. That’s the first time in my life I had an omelette with frozen carrots

7. The staff was not always very helpful. Next to our building there was a sauna building where some puppies lived under the porch. One day the puppy was crying non stop for 4 hours and you could hear it in the room. it was a bit too much since it was very loud and went on for hours. I went to the reception to ask about it, and the girls said it’s not our puppies and don’t know anything.
