Pros:

Місцерозташування шикарне. Самий центр, але дуже в тихому провулку, тупікова вулиця. Кімнатка світла та охайна. Хоч і маленька, але там є все, що може знадобитися під рукою і не тільки.
Безключевий доступ однозначна перевага. Паркомісця +.
Наявність пральної та сушильної машини взагалі окрема вподобайка. Продуманий інтер'єр до дрібниць, різні сценарії освітлення на всі випадки життя.

Ще раз: місцерозташування ідеально, якщо вам треба подивитись увесь центр.

Так, трохи чути метро (не критично), та іноді булькає вода в раковині.

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию. Отличное расположение. Заботливые собственники. Под квартирой укрытие (она на 1 этаже). Чисто, тепло, все необходимое есть. Заселение/выселение бесконтактное. В целом все хорошо

Cons:

Учитывайте, в данном доме подьезды с двух сторон. Квартира маловата, вдвоем как будто не хватало кислорода

Pros:

Локація чудова, є можливість припаркувати авто у дворі. Заїзд і виїзд самостійні. На пару днів у Києві - чудовий варіант.

Cons:

За пару тижнів мені повідомили, що стався овербукінг, і вони не можуть мене заселити у номер, який я замовляла. Запропонували іншу квартиру за більшу вартість, хоч і більшу, але зі старим ремонтом. Хоча я вважаю, що овербукінг - проблема орендодавця і я не маю платити більше, навіть якщо запропонований інший варіант коштує більшу суму.
У номері не було ключа від шлагбауму, хоча він мав бути, тому доводилося телефонувати, щоб його підняли дистанційно.
Дуже дивні умови щодо тварин. За кожні 7 днів - 300 грн, тобто якщо 8 днів - то вже 600 грн. Дрібниця, але дуже дивно.

Місцерозташування чудове , перший поверх , закритий двір , тепло , дозволили раніше заїхати

Cons:

Тісно , під будинком походить лінія метро , мені було гучно , є проблеми з бойлером і пралкою через навантаження фази , довелось купатись в холодні воді .немає альтернативного освітлення при відключеннях , хочаб одна лампа .
Дуже гучно коли йде злив каналізації з верхніх поверхів

Класне місце
Pros:

Дуже затишні апартаменти,дуже зручне ліжко,вже вдруге тут.Зручне розташування,є пральна машина із сушкою що дуже доречно.
Підкуплює що це самий центр,парковка біля будинку ,асистент із поселення дуже привітна все зрозуміло розповіла.

Cons:

Мінуси незначні,це погана шумоізоляція від сусідів і була проблема із напором води але це думаю не залежить від приміщення
