Friendly staff.
Despite the hotel prices being pretty expensive, the pool is not free for hotel guests, and the breakfast is pretty poor. How come?
This is a big, clean and very quiet hotel situated in a beautiful part of Ukraine. Andrei and Natalya run the hotel: they are kind, caring, considerate and very open. I highly recommend this hotel and it's great staff!
