Близько до основних пам'яток і фортеці. Жива музика (піаніно) на сніданках.

Cons:

"Сімейний люкс" насправді виглядає як звичайний стандартний номер. Немає навіть приліжкового освітлення. Дуже брудна рама вікна всередині (помітно при відчиненому вікні). Вигляд з вікна не лише на фортецю (вдалині), але і на паркінг та будівництво.

Гарне, просторе помешкання. Якісний сервіс. Чудове розташування в старому місті.А під час сніданку грає жива музика на піаніно. Це шикарно.

Все, з перших митей позитивне загальне враження, яке надалі лиш підсилювалось зручностями і сервісом цього місця, якісна шведська лінія на сніданках і навіть безлактозне молоко в наявності))) вид з вікна -естетичне задоволення 😍

Cons:

Не має того що не сподобалось, але хотілось би внести побажання для покращення якості, а саме: хотілось би додати не величний ліфт такий суто нішу для валіз, тому що коли живеш на 3 поверсі і ти з дітьми мусиш тащити тяжкі валізи, відпочинок в моменті втрачає свої кольори приємного

Найбільше сподобався персонал. Але через всі інші недоліки, не зупинилася б знову.
Pros:

Зручне розташування та гарний вид з вікна. Кімната доволі простора. Персонал був дуже привітний, уважний та професійний.

Cons:

На жаль, в номері не робили навіть елементарного прибирання — не прибирали столик для чаю та кави й не мили чашки. Чайник був у жахливому стані, з товстим шаром накипу та запахом. Рушники далеко не нові. Також, відчиняти та зачиняти двері в нашому номері ключем було досить складно. Сніданок не справив особливого враження.
